The worst budget hotel I have ever stayed. Stayed in a queen room with no window. At first, I think the price of the room is reasonable with the room size and amenities. For me, I just want to sleep comfortably but I cannot sleep all night at the hotel. The bed full of bed bugs and got some “pondan” knock my room at midnight. And got no receptionist to complain at that time. The receptionist only available after 3pm until midnight only. Need to self check out and have to call/whatsapp if you need invoice. When call, they said please whatsapp them the details after 3pm but when I whatsapp them to ask invoice there is no reply from them until now. Just got auto reply only. First and last to stay here.

No daily make up for room. I have to bear 4 nites using same towels. Towels are torn and old. Very poor sound proof of rooms. No kettle and bottle water only supply first nite. Somehow very difficult to rest in the room.

This hotel has no staff at the front desk, but it features a self check-in and check-out kiosk system computer, which is very convenient, simple, fast, and easy to use. There are free hot and cold water dispensers in the hallway. If you're looking for a simple, affordable overnight stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Fair enough for its price but there is nothing around it, or at least i didnt find any.  Accounting for taxi, not that cheap already.

Is a budget for a day but will not recommend or stay here anymore. Security is a thumb up but room hygiene is really bad especially the bed seems to have bedbugs or dust mites whole night scratching non stop. There is a lot of hair around the bed and floor that belongs to previous occupants. At night the smell is bad in the room not sure where the smell came from. Water heater not hot enough for the current water. TV there is not much channel. Be aware there is no lift in this hotel. Need to climb stairs to specific rooms, Max level to 2. there is not desk counter people around need to self check in and out from the panel from the main door.

The room is too cramped; I can barely open my luggage on the floor. However, the location and cleanliness are still acceptable.

Frequently stay here due to its location in Skudai & near to Senai airport. Decent hotel, clean room & toilet. However, no toothbrush & toothpaste provided. Each time I stay here (different rooms) always encounter problem with their water pressure (sink & shower) and leaking in toilet. The sound of pipe leakage at night really disturbing. Nevertheless the staff is responsive & putting efforts to accommodate guest needs.

Stayed here cause travelling to airport. Hotel doesn’t have toothbrush, need to buy from nearby mamashop. Cleaniness soso, don’t expect anything much. Room quite squeezy.
