Mi sento obbligato di fare questo recensione per ringraziare Shukri, non ho parole per servizio cena…veramente ma veramente non ho visto mai una persona cosi professionale da nessun albergo dove ho girato, attento in ongi cosa, prendere cura per ogni cosa, versare sempre aqua e vino, cosa dire di piu?, non ho parole, merita tanto questo ragazzo…. My initial booking at Alpenroyal was between 06 December to 18 December, 2024. But come September, I wanted to shorten my stay to 4 nights, from 14 December to 18 December, 2024. For that modification of shortened stay, Alpenroyal forfeited all my 900 Euro down payment deposit. Because an appointment already been made earlier with my regular fellow skier friends and their family to meet in Alpenroyal between 14 to 18 December, I have no alternative but to pay 500 Euro new down payment to stay the 4 nights. I have been meeting and getting together with these 3 families every December in Alpenroyal since 2016, except during covid times. I must highlight to all potential guests who are considering staying at Alpenroyal that I am a 6-Time Returned Guest of this hotel. Yet Alpenroyal gave me zero consideration in guest loyalty. Alpenroyal did not want to consider returning even 1/3 of my down payment. Note that my stay in their hotel was not cancelled. The date was merely modified. It was shortened from 12 nights to 4 nights within the Same Booking Period, which is 1/3 of my initial stay. I eventually spent another 1,614 Euro + 112 Euro during the 4 nights, much to my chagrin. Thus, if you decided to pay any down payment to Alpenroyal, please be alerted that you will not get any of it back. Please read this hotel cancellation terms before committing your payment to them. The other hotels in Dolomites offer 30 days free cancellation, but not Alpenroyal. Down payment to Alpenroyal is non-refundable and the owner of the hotel is very adamant about it as you can see from my experience. Having lost 900 euro even as a regular guest, I certainly would not come back to this hotel. After sharing with my 3 friends and their family how Alpenroyal conducted their business hospitality, all of us decided to explore other hotels in Selva Val Gardena, Ortisei and Colfosco next winter.

Siamo stati per due settimane in questo albergo fantastico 5 stelle. Cosa posso dire, era tutto perfetto siamo stati molto bene soprattutto i bambini sono divertiti a miniclub e a sciare con maestri di sci… Ringraziamo tutto lo staff del albergo per loro servizio che hanno fatto per noi che era veramente perfetto, soprattutto ringrazio Shukri per i nostri compleanni che veramente ha fatto speciali e indimenticabile per noi…. Davvero ringrazio a tutti e un abbraccio a tutti, spero che ci vediamo presto

I wanted to thank everyone and everything for the holidays that were unforgettable for me and my family, I really have no words. Room was wonderful, Sauna top, pool was great, bar every night with live music, 5 star food, restaurant staff all kind (especially a greeting especially for Shukri, he is busy every night to do service for us, that really people like Shukri are rarely found, he was polite, respectful, and was attentive to every detail of service, thank you very much Shukri). Struttura incantevole, raffinata e con tutti i comfort. L' eleganza e l' attenzionesi respira ovunque dai proprietari a tutto lo staff. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è strepitosa. La pulizia idem. La cura dei dettagli, l' educazione e l' attenzione al cliente rappresentano la loro grande esperienza ed eccellenza. Una settimana indimenticabile. Come sempre ...arrivederci a presto!!!! Grazie per tutto questo. Grazie infinite.

Prezzi folli, hotel vecchissimo, non curato, moquette ovunque, ristorante uguale a una sala mensa ad eccezione di due salette in legno in cui abbiamo chiesto di cenare, sala bar identica a quella di una nave da crociera ormai in disuso da anni, con divani in pelle sporchi e ovviamente moquette dappertutto camera da letto orribile e posizionata in soffitta, pur avendo pagato una cifra folle!! piscina esterna cupa e per nulla curata Unica nota positiva il cibo
