Nous avons séjourner pour une nuit étape Très bon accueil Chambre propre, salle de bain bien équipée Petit bémol : bruit sourd toute la nuit et non identifiable . Conséquence très peu dormi, très mal dormi Petit déjeuner impeccable avec du choix

De kamer was erg ruim met een groot bed. De grote plafondventilator deed goed zijn werk! De receptioniste was erg aardig! Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Beetje afgelegen van Chaumont zelf. Vlakbij de snelweg. Ontbijt overgeslagen. Apart toilet ipv in de badkamer; plusplunt. Ronduit dramatisch was de waterdruk van de douche dus ik moest mijn haren in de wasbak wassen :-(

Chambre spacieuse, la télé un peut petite peut-être. C’est très calme. Les chambres insonorisées et une bonne literie. Repas de la soirée étape dans le restaurant routier voisin : un peu déroutant, mais c’est bon. Petit déjeuner servi à table, avec un buffet offrant un choix sucré salé. Le prix est très abordable, c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Accueil sympathique de la patronne le jour de notre arrivée, chambre correcte, confortable, un bruit de climatisation/ventilation mécanique extérieure un peu gênant si on laisse la fenêtre ouverte. On croise le patron le lendemain absolument exécrable : il nous envoie balader, fait des remarques déplacées sur un ton humiliant et méprisant ce qui nous a laissés complètement sous le choc et nous a gâché notre séjour qui démarrait pourtant bien. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet hôtel.

I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner in my entire life! At the time of booking, I indicated we would arrive around 9pm (we actually arrived at 9:04). The manager phoned me twice in the proceeding half hour to ask where we were. The room was perfunctory and ok, although other than the wood cladding on the outside of the building, I don’t know what makes it ‘eco’. Breakfast was interesting - a buffet, but Madame insisted on serving us and I had a row for helping myself to coffee. Disappointingly, there were no dairy-free options, which seems as odds with the ‘eco’ selling point. The tin hat though was the absolutely appalling way in which the Monsieur spoke to me. We had the audacity (!) to bring my husband’s very expensive bike in our room with us for safety. We were already settled for the night and the Monsieur knocked on the door, shouted at me in French with all sorts of expletives because we had the bike in our room. Unfortunately for Monsieur, I speak French and understood every word and was able to defend myself rather admirably. His antics were repeated on my husband prior to leaving too. Needless to say, we will not return to pay to be subjected to such aggressive and rude behaviours, and I strongly recommend that urgent customer service training is provided to the managers.
