Les Chambres d'Hôtes du Bois Joli

Un'abitazione spettacolare, quasi una casa museo, ricca di pezzi da collezione che ti trasmettono la lunga storia dell'edificio e la passione e cura della proprietaria per ogni piccolo particolare. Un giardino esterno meraviglioso in cui è possibile parcheggiare la propria auto. La camera è immensa, una specie di loft. L'unica scomodità è legata al bagno, direttamente nella stanza e non separato da porte. Ottima colazione. Assolutamente consigliato per immergersi per una notte in altri tempi.

Lovely old town house at the top of the main road that leads into the town - which is a pleasant walk by itself. House looks private at first glance, which is part of the charm, although nowhere obvious to park (you can park round the back or in the small lay-by). Inside is an elegant building with well appointed rooms on the top floor. Our room was huge, with a beamed ceiling. The open plan bathroom and lack of a shower a bit disconcerting at first, but fine for the two nights we were there. Very good breakfast downstairs (great pot of coffee). Breakfast only, but town in walking distance and excellent small restaurant a few doors up. It’s a great place for a stop-over as just off the A6, and then you find yourself in this idyllic town and wonder why anyone in France would want to live anywhere else. There’s even a wine ‘cave’ practically next door.
