"In Senggigi, I chose this relatively cost-effective central hotel. The location is quite convenient. It is in the center of Senggigi, and the airport is only a few steps away by bus.
The rooms are simple and spacious, clean and tidy, well-rested, there is a swimming pool outside, but it has never been used, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it is not far from Senggigi Beach."
"This property has that old world charm and is very well manicured. Though we arrived at the end of Ramadan, they put on a great party. The breakfast in the morning is cooked to order and have about 20 different options from cuisine around the world.
Whatever request we had, they found a way to make it work. Even when we requested a room change to be closer to the ocean front, we were accommodated well.
The food and drinks were excellent and the entertainment for Eid was spectacular. Do note that there isn't anything nearby and tours need to be booked a day in advance. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back again. 10/10 amazing views at all points of the day and night."
"This accommodation was good but I probably wouldn’t stay again.
I didn’t have a mini fridge in my room but the staff kindly brought one down so I had a fridge for drinks/food.
The Juliet balcony door didn’t shut properly so bugs could’ve come in and had to use a decorative blanket from the bed to cover the gap at the top of the door.
The bathroom was a bit mouldy and shower not great but worked.
The location was good as everything I needed was close by.
The staff were so lovely and kind."

"Beautiful small property in the middle of the ”jungle”, not far from the beach, walking few minutes. Basic rooms and great service.
What I liked: the enviroment, it is in the middle of green; the staff which was amazingly nice, welcoming and helpful; limited number of guests which make it a really quiet stay; the tank of water available in the room; the proximity to the main road and the location as I liked walking a bit to reach it in the middle of a village, anyway only 4 minutes on foot to reach the main road; the laundry service, fast and cheap; possibility to book tours and dine in from outside delivering restauramts.
What I did not like: high chemicals in the pool; pillows and towels smelled not good; bed was a bit too hard for me; loudly mosque chanting prays at 5 am (I do not understand how other guests say that they can just get use to it, on Friday was particular loud),of course not a fault of hotel but they could setup better isolating doors and windows or some wood fence to mitigate it."
"The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious, mainly clean and sanitary, and the price is affordable. It is opposite to the beach. There are many roadside stalls for a few hundred meters to eat and fill up. The small durian is also very cheap at 7 yuan, and it is quiet at night. It is here in China There are few people, and the locals are relatively simple. The beach is beautiful, and there are shops for private tours nearby"

"Mixed feelings
The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol"

Amazing
XXIUYINGAs a transitional hotel, we chose Jeeva Santai. It was already late at the time of check-in. The reception desk will have English reception, and there will be no obstacles in communication. Many hotels in Indonesia are early, and the price is still very cost-effective! Garden-style stay experience, but the downstairs will be a bit damp, not as good as the above view, but go out to the pool beach, breakfast can be very comfortable in the face of the sea!

Great
DDoujameiI stayed for 4 nights at the resort and it was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my every needs. I got the room with sunset view and despite the rainy season I was able to enjoy it. I love all the services available in the hotel (as mentioned on the website). I didn’t have to get out. I had a great spa treatment, the food at the resort was yummy as well as the cocktails. The resort can answer to your every needs. All the reviews were spot on. The chef even accommodated some changes I asked for. I should I have booked for a longer stay. The view is peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, the bed soft and I enjoyed sleeping in it. Love the bedside story and biscuits left every night. I like hearing the sound of the waves, I was at peace and got all the rest I needed during my stay. Thanks you so much for making my stay such amazing and wonderful moment.

WWolfislandMy Stay at Taman Unique Hotel – A Cozy Escape in Senggigi
If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Senggigi, Taman Unique Hotel is a solid choice! 🏨✨ The hotel is spacious, offering rooms of different sizes, so whether you’re a solo traveler or with friends, there’s something that fits. I stayed in one of the cozier rooms, and it was just right—comfortable, clean, and even had a safe for valuables.
One of the best things? The location! 🚶♂️ You’re close to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, and if you’re feeling adventurous, scooter rentals are nearby so you can explore more of Lombok. 🏝️🏍️
The hotel’s restaurant has a laid-back vibe and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner—perfect if you just want to relax with good food without heading out. And for those days when the sand gets a little too much, there’s a rooftop pool! 🏊♂️ After a long day of exploring, cooling off up there is a treat.
The staff? Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. If you want a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Senggigi, this one’s worth checking out! ✅

Very Good
YYazz’sLovely hotel, service is good. We stayed in garden chalet. The anniversary and fruit touch was so nice Daily cleaning. Staff are so kind and polite. It is a 4 star and is clean. There was a smell from the loo which was solved once we told housekeeping. The resort is showing its age but nevertheless decent. Only thing is doors do not seal so creepy crawlies are always in. We were not too fussed - some days only saw ants which was annoying but otherwise ok. The beach had no lifeguard so if you do go in it’s at own risk. We wouldn’t suggest this as waves are always high good for surfers. Amenities there is a mart walking distance and a spa. Not much else including food places you have to get a grab or drive. You get a free photoshoot which is really good as you get to keep a printed photo for free! Breakfast is decent nothing special. View of palm trees and beach is amazing.

LLaura SlavinskaThe location of the hotel is very good. And the rooms and houses are also very nice. The downside is the horrible personal. They are not client oriented and hotel do not provide good level of service. First day when we arrived at the hotel we booked gili island tour with them. Booking from hotel you expect high level of service, but this was the worst excursion I have ever been to! First they not wanted to provide things they promised - no snorkelling exuipment, no towels. Water they not provided for whole day and the boat was horrible - with no stairs to get back on it after you jump in the water to snorkel. My husband needed to pull me up from hands on the boat as I could not get there without stairs on my own. From 3 islands we saw only 1. When we came to first island they sag it is too big currant and when we asked to go walking instead little bit in gili travangan - they not let us out. We saw Only gili menu. The last island also was with strong currant and we not saw it. When asked to bring to first island to walk, they asked us to pay additional. After this they offered us waterfall excursion eith reduced price, but in the end when we were taken to waterfalls we needed to pay additional for guide and entry. In the end can say - do not book any excursions with them as they cheat all the time. Massage in hotel also weak. And coackroaches are often comming to room. In the end we have not good aftertaste after this hotel visit. In the picture we added the person who is responsible for excursions and does cheating for tourists.

MMateuszI had high expectations for my stay at Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok, given its potential and picturesque setting. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying, marking a clear departure from the resort's former glory days.
The first thing that struck me was the overall lack of maintenance. It's evident that the property has seen better days, with clear signs of wear and tear. The grounds, which could have been immaculate, were poorly kept, diminishing the natural beauty of the location.
A major letdown was the swimming pool. Despite the tropical allure, the pool was in a dire state - the water was murky, and it felt uninviting. Even after I pointed this out, and the staff seemingly cleaned it, the improvement was minimal. The water remained cloudy, making it less appealing for a refreshing dip.
The room itself was just okay. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief, but this was overshadowed by the state of the bathroom. It was disappointingly dirty, with massive stains and a shower glass covered in limescale. It seemed as if it had only been rinsed with water, without any proper cleaning agents.
Adding to the discomfort was the sight of several out-of-use rooms. Through their windows, one could see disarray - bare mattresses, safes left haphazardly on them. It was a sad sight and spoke volumes about the current state of the resort.
Overall, Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok falls short of its potential. It's a shame to see a place with so much promise deteriorate like this. The management needs to take immediate action to restore and maintain the property to its former standards. Until then, I find it hard to recommend this resort for a pleasant stay.
AAnonymous UserLocated at Senggigi..a very happening area crowded with all resorts and hotel..very friendly and helpful staffs..floating breakfast is super cheap..only an additional 100k rupiah and you may customize your menu...kudos to all the hotel staffs..I guess the problem lies with the top management..this resort has a magnificent interior landscape design..creating space and utilizing area BUT it was very old and Def need maintenance...water patches and stain is almost everywhere...I guess certain repainting work is very much needed...also..it's not child or elder friendly as that's too many stairs to climb up..of course the scenery worth the climb..yet this resort need an upgrade asap
