The Siena Primo (Original Tuscany Hotel)

I went there with high expectations for Tuscany, but after using the baby pool and taking a shower, I fell twice in the bathroom. I requested several foot mats at the front desk, but the water overflowed every time I showered, making it very inconvenient to use the bathroom. ㅠㅠ The water overflowed all the way to the entrance, so I was really flustered. I think they need to pay more attention to the bathroom facilities.

It's a great hotel to stay with kids. The pool is open until 11pm, which is nice. My kids really enjoyed the kids buffet for dinner.

I understand why you come with your kids. It's a heated pool even in the summer, so you can enjoy it comfortably until 11 o'clock~~ They also played a movie, so I watched two movies while the kids played hahaha. Next time I want to come in winter too. Friendliness, cleanliness of the accommodation, and satisfaction with the swimming pool are all 100 points^^

Since the front desk didn't speak Chinese, communication was difficult. They said that those with children must stay in the new building, and it was inconvenient to cross the building to get to the swimming pool. As a result, after checking in, I found that there were other Korean families with children staying in the main building. The room was very small, the restaurant was very small, there were few types of staple food, and there were not enough seats. The gaps in the children's dining chairs were very dirty and higher than the dining table, which was very inconvenient. And this is the only hotel I have seen. The lounge chairs by the pool need to be charged by the hour. There are only 4 long benches for free. You must wear a hat to go into the water, but many people bring sun hats and let their hair down, which is no different from not bringing them. After the paid lounge chairs were used by the previous family, no one came to clean them. It is not allowed to bring bathrobes from the room to the swimming pool, and towels by the swimming pool cannot be brought back to the room. Only bath towels are allowed. It is very inconvenient for guests living in the new building. It is very cold and there is no changing area. The advantage is that there is a small sauna room. There is a children's area downstairs in the new building, which is also charged. It feels that this hotel has lost money and added extra charges. The location is remote and there is not much to eat or visit nearby. I can only say that Jeju Island is so small that anything can be called a tourist attraction.

The inside of the accommodation is clean and very well maintained. I chose the kids family room because I had kids, and it was convenient because it was equipped with toys and the interior design was tailored to children. The breakfast menu also has a good variety. Parking is somewhat limited in the hotel, so sometimes you have to park in the second parking lot or on the road outside the hotel. The swimming pool was warm because it was a heated pool, but the temperature was chilly in early March so I couldn't play for long. There was a movie playing near the pool and fun music, so the atmosphere was nice. Afterwards, I ate a lot of chicken and beer. The disappointing thing is that the indoor heating was so hot that I slept poorly. It seems like the heating temperature is not controlled well. I want to visit again next time
