They gave us the wrong key of hotel room at the arriving. So we got a room with other people inside. Need to pay extra for the swimming pool every day. We listen lot of noise in corridor and especially the next rooms. This is not a 5 star hotel at all… very disappointed to spent all this money for it. Even it’s not possible to connect on Netflix or any other app on their TV. The balcony was so dirty and small that it was even not possible to go there. The view of the room was on a street and with vegetation not cut. Joshua.

This is the best hotel out of 3 hotel we stayed at when we were in Jeju. I love the location, the rooms were spacious, staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. The view out to nature was amazing and calming. My kids enjoyed it. The pool is heated and was beautiful and it was perfect because the weather was cold. I love the idea of the DJ pool night time to just enjoy live music and chill time. Also very convenient with 7-11 store with other shops that are well affordable to buy necessities. The room service was also amazing. We ordered our food and it didn’t take long for them to be delivered. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL. A must to stay at if when we go again.

Extend Time Fee is incredible high，extend 3hr charge for ＞💲125，why no just rob the bank. Add 💲75 can sure book another day. It‘s very unreasonable. （Normally a day contains 12-15hr booking time，then 3 hr ＞50%，havent concen of extending time no breakfast）Actually in many city， extend room＜ 4hr will surely below the average hr fee since it's not at night. And English should be used more frequently among administration people. Will not book this hotel again. Some of the reception is really not that nice，arrogant.

Hotel was nicer than I expected from the photos. Was let down by housekeeping and some faciliites that didn't work - the safe and a dripping rain shower which was not fixed during my stay. But they did fix the bolt on the door.
Other than these, the room was large and the bathroom clean and well maintained.
Location has many restaurants within a 5-15 mins drive and four EV charging lots are available in the car park. EV charging is compatiable with the charging card provided by Lotte Car Rental.
Didn't get a chance to use the faciliites other than the 7-11

Fantastic Stay with an Amazing Breakfast Spread!
There were fresh pastries, a selection of fruits, cereals, and hot dishes that catered to both Western and Asian palates. The made-to-order omelet station was a favorite of mine, and the fresh juices and barista-style coffee were a great touch.

It is a nice hotel but I was expecting it to be a nicer hotel with bigger rooms. Location was a bit out of the way of attractions. I was a bit disappointed that I was not able to get my free drink (coffee) which they advertised, because the coffee shop was open at a certain time only.
