Courtyard By Marriott Hotels in Seoul

Location is actually good cos its near the airport bus limousine. However, it is not as near to Myeongdong as I thought it’d be. The distance would have been fine if the weather hadnt been cold and freezing. So I will probably book another hotel nearer to Myeongdong area for my next trip. Concierge staff do not acknowledge guests who step in or leave the hotel eventhough guests will have to walk past them. Not sure if this is the standard for hotels in Korea. However, they are friendly when approached and asked questions. Bathroom was not washed probably. There was a strand of hair and stains on the bathtub eventhough I have not used it yet. A little bit of upgrading would be good for the bathroom too. The one thing that really got to me was the stench of sewage that comes and goes. It is really disgusting especially when Im doing my make-up at the sink. Saw this from other reviews too so I hope the management can look into this. Bed and pillows are very comfy especially since I got the whole kind bed to myself with 4 plush pillows. All these are not really a big issue so I would still recommend this hotel to others. Overall experience was good for me.

I had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day of exploring Seoul, and the city view from the window added a special touch to the experience. The service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process.

The rooms are spacious, with modern facilities and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were also very friendly and professional. The surrounding area is fantastic, offering a wide variety of restaurants. Its convenient location near a subway station makes getting to the airport incredibly easy.
