Let’s start with the cons:
1) The location is not the most convenient and there is really nothing around the hotel. The businesses around are very local and there are a few closed shopfronts along the Main Street. You have to take a bus for 5 stops to get to the subway.
2) It’s next to two rows of bars or lounges and on Friday night you can hear them if you are sensitive to sound, even at 2am. But the sound is very faint if you are not sensitive.
3) No amenities at all
Pros:
1) Flexible management. They let me check in even at 11am and I didn’t even have to ask.
2) Clean environment and well equipped room. The bed even had a heated mattress if you need and the toilet bowl has all sorts of features I couldn’t really figure out.
3) Hotel feels pretty new and the hardware feels new and clean.
4) Good pricing for the hardware and accommodating management.
Considering the price, the facilities are quite good. The room is a little small, so it may be difficult to open a large suitcase. If the room is on the second floor, the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with large suitcases. There is a refrigerator and a hair dryer in the room. The shower and toilet are shared. There is a water server. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the room. You can only eat and drink in a room with a kitchen after going outside, which is a bit of a hassle. However, the kitchen is also quite well equipped.
There are two metro stations nearby. A convenience store and a large supermarket are very close by.
More than anything, it was reassuring that it was a women-only room.
It's a guesthouse that feels like home where you can stay without any burden.
First of all, I think it's a big advantage that it's close to the station (about 5 minutes).
I was able to stay comfortably for a long time (7 nights and 8 days) in a clean room with cute characters.
I recommend a guesthouse that's easy to move around.
When we arrived, the room I booked (triple room) was having problems with the air conditioner. We were put into a double room for two nights (with some reimbursement). The double room was ok. The bathroom ceiling was low so if the people you’re with are over 5’6”, they’ll have to duck. In both rooms, there were stains on the walls. The location is close to Sinseol dong subway line 1 exit 4, which was convenient. Starbucks, Mom’s touch, Subway and a 7-11 are close by as well
It is a room in a normal house a short walk from the station (it is not difficult to find once you go there). You have to go up the stairs to get to the room, so it may be difficult for women with large suitcases. I was a little nervous before entering, but the room was clean and well-maintained, even the bathroom, so it was a safe room. Three of us stayed here for three nights, and since there were three rooms and each of us had plenty of space, we were able to spend three days quite comfortably. It was refreshing and fun to spend time like in a Korean drama, eating chicken and other dishes together in the living room in the middle. Above all, the host was very kind and helpful, which impressed me. We communicated by email, and he was very kind and gave me a lot of information, which made my stay even more comfortable. The restaurant (steamed seafood) that he recommended was also kind and delicious, and there were many restaurants, Oryan, DAISO, and even a mart between the station and the inn, so it was convenient even though it was my first time in the city. I would like to use this inn again. Thank you.

The original homestay suddenly increased the price and was cancelled. Then I looked around and I was a little worried when I chose this homestay that was originally a new one, but I searched for a circle and the price was relatively low. I decided it one day in advance. After I set it, a young lady contacted me soon after I set it. The attitude is very good. After adding WeChat, I have been serving. The reply is also very fast. I also gave us a lot of travel attention. I also helped us search for a lot of delicious food. The house is the same as the picture. It is no different. The friend has a fever at night. I tried to contact us after 12 o'clock. I didn't expect that Miss Sister was very attentive to contact us. She also sent a lot of places where you can quickly buy anti-burning medicine. She also sent corresponding pictures and so on. To be honest, I am really satisfied with this kind of fairy homestay at this price. Mainly because the attitude is also very good, the house is very clean, and the subway station is very close for about 2 or 3 minutes. I really feel so intimate hhhh specially wrote a praise for my young lady! Great really! Stay here next time! !

LLeilaXinxinIt is suitable for friends who have just come to Korea and have not yet found a house to transition here! I lived here for 2 days and moved when I found a house.
Location: It is relatively close to the University of Foreign Studies and Kyung Hee, and there are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
Facilities: There is an elevator, the room has TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, and there is a microwave oven on the first floor.
Service: The staff is very nice. Knowing that I am Chinese, I actively use a translator to communicate.
SSy6710The hotel is located next to the railway, but not close to the subway station . The sound of rumbling will be heard during the night or morning operation of the railway . I don't know why the room is cut * worm water, which makes people afraid of small insects, but fortunately I haven't seen for days.
In addition, the bed in the room is hard, needs to see personal preferences, I don't like it very much. The bathtub is clean and large, and the bath is very comfortable.

SSshbelleBudget hotel, suitable for people who are not serious or do not want to stay in luxury. I recommend it. The location is considered okay for this price.
GGuest UserFor the money this is just a great place! The location is great, the room is stylish and comfortable, the cleaning is good. But it depends on which floor you go to and which administrator. On the fourth floor the rooms are much newer, on the fifth they are already shabby. The first time they checked into room 4 without any problems, the second time the administrator gave me a bad room for room 5, and when asked to change, she blatantly said that rooms for room 4 are only rented out to couples for hourly rent. The next day, another admin calmly moved me to the 4th floor and even to the same room that I asked for, for which I thank him very much! I think management should pay attention to the adequacy of its employees. Respect to grandpa admin!
나나인볼The location was convenient as it was close to the subway station and there was an E-Mart convenience store and Paris Baguette on the way to the motel.
The motel building is old, so there is no elevator and the room keys are non-electronic.
I didn't have high expectations because the accommodation was cheap, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was good.
The water pressure in the shower is strong and you have to wait a bit for the hot water to get hot.
The disappointing thing is that the soundproofing is not so good, so you can hear people talking loudly in the next room and the noise in the hallway is also quite loud.
There was no heating system in the building itself, so the room was quite cold, and I slept well with the electric blanket on.
It's not bad for the price.
