Lotte Hotel Hotels in Seoul

The room was spacious for a family of 3. It was nice of them to provide bath salt for a good bath time and a small aromatherapy fragrance bag for u to sleep well. That was a nice gesture. Location is away from the crowded MyeongDong street so is quiet.

The stay was great overall. They also provide three charging cables which I like. They don’t provide toiletries like toothbrush and all but it was alright with me. The only downside is that it would be good if a separate reception can be available at the executive tower after 10pm cos it’s quite troublesome. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

The ground floor lobby reception is grand. The hotel room is impressive. But, the film ” May your day shine brighter than the stars” affects the city view. The ventilation of bathroom is too weak as it can't exhaust the hot air and smell from the toilet.
