真的太nice了，這麼好的酒店竟然沒宣傳到位，比圖片好看太多，空間很大，很大氣，不錯專業的健身房，還有小造景瀑布在外面喝個飲品太合適了，擺渡車也超級快，直接送到機場裏面，工作人員服務態度也很好，服務得很到位，氛圍不錯，也有會説中文的工作人員。

Generally a warm welcoming stay at Sama-Sama hotel with a prompt baggage driver at pick up point. A polite receptionist attended us at midnight though a bit time consuming regarding our registration due to few customers at queue. I could see his patient won us at heart though we felt sleepy and tired. The room is conducive, neatly designed, clean and quiet surroundings though near the airport. We had a good rest then. No doubt, it’s a wise choice to recommend this hotel to friends and relatives for its hospitality and strategic location. Congrats!

衞生：浴缸待提高
環境：窗户外面的泳池還沒有完善在裝修，所以會影響整體的一個環境的體驗
服務：開始辦理入住的時候確認是否含早餐，然後工作人員就説沒有含早餐，後面再次攜程上看了之後又確認就説是有的，所以這點也不是很理解，也有機場接送專車
設施：一樓有一個桑拿的地方，桑拿的那個蒸汽那個體驗還蠻好的

多次入住了，感覺特別適合T1機場航班起飛的旅客。機場內就有酒店的擺渡車，即便步行也是十幾分鐘的時間。酒店早餐品種多，味道好。床品乾淨舒適，可以morning call，因離候機樓近購物吃飯很方便。也許是時間不湊巧吧，幾次入住沒有遇到中文服務，但並未影響入住體驗。

Excellent location : it's convenient to get to and from the KLIA, particularly with the free buggy service, it takes us to the airport quickly in just a few minutes. It is in fact just 10 mins walk from KLIA to the hotel, all the way in covered areas.
Comfortable accommodation : clean and spacious room, soft and comfortable bed, relaxing view from the window
In addition to the mineral water, complementary snacks and drinks are provided, nice experience.
