"لا بد من تغيير مناشف الغرف ( سريرين معجون ومكوى و ملحقات ) من المفترض أن يتم تغييرها لا يتم تبديل شراشف السرير حتى الظهر تحس ان الشخص يتحكم في العين ولا يغير مناشف المغسلة لونها شعر ولو لونها من الشعر عندما وصلنا متأخرا ولم نجد احد في البحث عن مشكلة في الغرف احضروها من جديد اضطررت لحملها بنفسي واخذت اغراضي من الفراش لمدة ليلة ولم يتم اقفالها الا بعد ليلة واحده شعرت بفزع النظافة سيئة جداً."

"Generally very good! We arrived a little earlier, we called the hotel to ask whether we can check in earlier, they allowed us to do so as they have available cleaned room. There’s a nice restaurant beside the hotel, the receptionist is professional and gentle, also there’re some cookies and drinks at the check in lobby. The room is great, clean, the bed is comfortable to sleep, the bathroom with all Dove toiletries which I really like. The swimming pool is also nice as the water is clean, kids have a lot of fun there. Great experience!"
