"The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon."

"There's one of the best locations hotel in Brunei 🇧🇳, shopping mall ( times square) just located in the same building of the hotel as well. Furthermore, also connected to the other 2 shopping mall ( airport mall and city square as well.) breakfast quite nice and room service food also not bad. The Room was clean and spacious too. "The room was very good and very close to the airport, only about three kilometers. The price/performance ratio should be said to be very high. The only drawback is that the introduction says there is a free shuttle bus to the airport, but in fact there is not. You have to call a taxi yourself, so this is quite troublesome."

"Brunei should be regarded as a good hotel locally, but from the Chinese perspective, it is really not very complimentary, similar to the guest house. The facilities in the room are relatively old, and the bath water is particularly dirty (possibly all rust inside). The overall facilities are basically in the style of the late 1980s."

"Strategically located at the city centre, Omar Ali mosque is within 10 mins walk. Receptionist Young man is very friendly, gave us alot of recommendations on local restaurants. All the hotel staff are well trained with good service attitude. Room is modern and spacious. Definitely will come back again."

"Convenient and overall good experience highly recommended. We enjoyed Brunei more because of the services offered by TCRS. Free shuttle to/from airport, very helpful staff, drop off and pick up to the must see places in BSB (the drivers are very nice esp Mr Boy who is very nice), good location close to these sites walking distance and the room is clean with good variety in breakfast. Easy to contact by whatsapp and email. Value for money, amazing 3 star hotel. The receptionist have good handover of work, you can book your trips and the next shift will deliver it well."

"Lovely hotel! I would definitely recommend as a solo female traveler. I felt safe and the hotel staff are so friendly! The do free airport drop off service which is nice and the hotel is in a good location! Close to a morning market and the city center. It is a very walkable city and within 10 minutes you are at the shopping mall or waterfront. The room was clean and tidy and the bottled water and towels were replaced every day. It’s quiet at night and very clean. Internet was good enough for me to work on. Would stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
