實際入住和酒店提供的圖片完全不一樣，服務很差，感覺有點區別對待中國人，本來酒店就是在草原裏 我又帶了母親，很沒安全感 26000兩天還不包含接機。 到店還另外付款來回摺合人民幣7000多接機費。 真的很黑 黑店

If you want excellent service on the Serengeti, this is the place for you! We were greeted by the team here upon arrival. The food: every meal was beautifully presented and delicious! The accommodations: Glamping! Large tent for full bath and living area. Very comfy bed! Once the sun goes down, you will need to be escorted by security due to wild animals who have access to this oasis. For those who have mobility issues. Lots of stairs! They do have a golf which can be very helpful! Excellent experience!

A perfect place to stay to really experience the heart of the Serengeti! The staff were truely amazing tailoring our needs and interests to make our visit an unmatchable experience! Our guide John otherwise named our “encyclopedia” had so much knowledge to share making the day trips more enjoyable and adventurous! Our food expert Rashid ensured all our dietary requirements were met going above and beyond organising a wonderful outdoor lunch in the Serengeti which was truely unforgettable! Charles the assistant GM has an outstanding gift of service to his guests making us feel very welcomed each day and ensuring all our expectations were met! 100stars to Charles and his team for an amazing stay! We are eternally grateful for your hospitality. Raj & family 🇬🇧

The camp is very well equipped, staff are very welcoming and always take the initiative to make sure your stay is comfortable. The food was amazing and creative. There was even a doctor on site which was very helpful when I felt ill after several days of safari and possible side effects of malaria pills. Our guild Sarili and training guide Gloria were very knowledgeable and keen to ensure we saw as many different animals as possible and that we gained an understanding of how they live. We had a delicious picnic lunch in the wild whilst a big group of buffaloes watched from afar. Would highly recommend.

Overall experience very good. Food and service good. Safari guide very good except the crater area had too many tourists and too many jeeps, causing way too much dust. Suggest entry be better metered to prevent overcrowding. Accommodations were visually appealing and comfortable. More attention is needed to infrastructure. Hot water supply, stronger internet and more stable electricity.

We spent 3 nights at this camp and everything about this camp was great. Our guide, Kalasinga, was fantastic and informative. The food and service was very good. The location was super. When in Africa on the Serengeti in the middle of nowhere, it is amazing to get such great service and comfort.

Incredible location with up close and personal wildlife experiences. The tents were fabulous, views of the river right off the porch. The property has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Our waiter Mbai was so kind and our guide Oscar was so knowledgeable and fun to take us around to see the wildlife near camp and the great migration. Overall incredible experience, would love to visit again!
