1) локация 2) чистота 3) сервис 4) соответствие фотографиям Очень рекомендую отель. Долго выбирала на майские отдохнуть с мужем. Идеальная локация, очень стильное оформление в номере; чистота и сервис. Ребята, вы молодцы! Из нюансов : номера на втором и третьем этажах, но лифта нет. Из доп плюсов : т.к. очень удобная локация рядом есть и магазины и рестораны; не говоря уже про то, что до Лавры минут 7 пешком

На главной улице города, прямо напротив Свято Троицкой Лавры, расположился не плохой отель Старый город. Большая парковка, легкий уютный стиль, свежий ремонт и качественные материалы в отделке. В интерьере есть некая изюминка аутентичности города. Не очень большие номера, но это не сколько не делает их хуже. Пристальное внимание к деталям создает атмосферу. За номер Комфорт отдали 5500 с субботы по воскресенье. Окна выходили на обе стороны здания, в этом плане повезло. Полотенца, тапочки, банные принадлежности, бар все как надо. В отеле есть грузинский ресторан, там же подают завтраки. Нам не удалось отведать кухню, поэтому оценивать сложно. На втором этаже есть сауна с зоной отдыха. Кому то будет в плюс. Рядом в переулке есть классные ресторанчики ( в 4 мин. пешком), Вареничная, Брынза и тд. Перед поездкой, гостиницу выбирали долго и скажу что это идеальное соотношение цены и качества. Отличное расположение и отличные условия. Есть один минус маленький, т.к. это центр, то часов до 12 много шума даже при закрытых окнах музыка из машин, веселые компании и т.д. Но это не мешает засыпать после длинных прогулок по городу

Все плюсы в виде расположения и стильной обставки аннулируются когда вы приходите в вечером в номер и до ночи у вас дрожит пол от музыки из соседнего кафе! И шторки в ванной нет! На вопрос: где? Ответ: там не предусматривается шторка) Отелю оценка самая низкая. Клиентоориентированности нет.
