TERUK HOTEL NI, SAYA STAY 3 HARI, bayar depo, bila nak checkout cakap saya x bagi depo??? itulah kalau orang tengah check in jangan sibuk calling2 sampai x catit costumer ada bayar depo.. Teruk sistem pengurusan kat sini... Tengok CCTV kalau x percaya saya ada bagi depo ke tidak.. kenapa saya nak b*d*h2 nak claim depo depan reception kalau saya x bagi.. saya hilang sabar saya tinggal je tanpa collect depo.. carilah hotel lain..

注意這個酒店的名字和位置攜程都給錯了，千萬不要定這個，真正的名字如圖，位置也不對，谷歌地圖搜ark hotel才是，另外這家酒店位置在兩個地鐵站之間，周邊基本無配套，無電梯，房間衞生還可以就是設施太舊了，大坑大雷！

At first it was difficult to find the hotel because the name of the hotel is different... The hotel doesn't have a lift and it has 3 floors... Other than that everything was nice... It has 2 nearest mrt station... It is located in the middle of serdang raya utara and serdang raya selatan...

Upon chk in, we were told that the hotel were fully booked. They asked us to cancel our booking, but we asked for refund which they refused. Then, they told us to go to their other hotel, but failed to give us the location. We waited for an hour for them to give us the correct address. Really miserable and horrible experience. Will not deal with them again. Even, the hotel address in the apps also lead us to a housing area nearby. Inaccurate location too and they blame their management. A very frustrated experience overall.
