Amazing staff, great food, lovely places absolutely 10/10 recommend. The environment is friendly for couples, for families and even solo. Aqua park is also nice

Not as good as previous years. Hotel is looking shabby now and course not as well maintained. Given average rating but this an at best rating. Had to change rooms due to ant infestation and air conditioning does not work properly. Technical and customer services are not effective at resolving issues. Focus’s appears to be on German speaking guests rather than English. Stayed during Ryder cup. During the first day we watched as technical services changed the TV commentary from English to German and when asked to change it back we were told the commentary was only in German because this was the language it was being broadcasted in! On the last day the commentary had mysteriously changed back to English. Apparently the chief engineer had given his permission for it to be shown with English commentary. However the bar team wouldn’t change the main screen over to golf until a Turkish football game had finished, despite no one in the bar, except the bar staff watching it! All just really unhelpful and very unnecessary. Looking elsewhere for next years trip.

What a fantastic week in this resort. Came for a golf getaway with my wife and son. Two fantastic courses Pines and Dunes, right outside the door. Both are a test without being unplayable for all standards. The hotel itself is very nice with excellent staff who leave you wanting for nothing. When we arrived in reception we were greeted at the door, our luggage taken care of and sat us down with a drink in hand while they did the usual registration and keys. Relaxed from the off. There is a main dining room with buffet which is amazing plus the birdie bar outside dining which does amongst other things a superb steak sandwich. Down below there is a small secluded pool and sauna, steam room and hamam Turkish bath. All this, plus you have access to sueno deluxe hotel, a one minute buggy ride away. Here you’ll find more bars , more restaurants, a massive pool a beach with a beautiful pier, spa and massive outside auditorium. Great week, we’ll be back

3 years on the Trott, and the service received was excellent Along with great accommodation, food was excellent, staff so friendly and the Golf courses played are some of the best I’ve played, Thank you so much for a great stay.

Everything in this hotel was perfect , services , food , pool area , rooms and everything else here . I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and I can say this vacation is the best in our life and I hope that I will come again here to see everything here .

As this is my second visit to Sueno I was so happy I was able to return after 3 years and again my trip was too short as the facilities and hospitality are excellent good.. I cannot speak for my group but from my perspective, staying at the Sueno ‘Golf’ hotel was a much more enjoyable experience for a small group as opposed to the Deluxe hotel.. although you have a large complex, large groups can dominate some of the smaller spaces.. The option to be able to stay at the smaller hotel and use the deluxe facilities after our game is ideal and too he honest I thought the bedroom distance from reception was too far and the decor in the main hotel bedroom was tired.. this time we had no complaints and will hopefully be returning next year thankyou again to you and your teams for your hospitality and warm welcome.. see you in 2026
