Отель не плохой.Лежаков на пляже вполне достаточно.Возле бассейна сложно найти свободные места.Еда неплохая ,ребенка 10 лет накормить было не сложно.Аквапарк отличный,так же присутствует сложность с лежаками.Питание нормальное.Развлекательные программы исключительно направлены на Европу и Турцию.Детская анимация хорошая.

الغرف قديمة جدًا. اخترتها لهذه السنوات الثلاث، 2018-2024-2025. الشيء الوحيد الذي تغير هو أنهم أغلقوا منطقة المسبح بدلاً من المظلات، وحجبوا الشمس على نطاق واسع مثل المظلة. بخلاف ذلك، لم ألاحظ أي تغييرات. يُغلق المسبح دائمًا مرتين أو ثلاث مرات في اليوم لأن أحد الأطفال ذهب إلى الحمام. لقد كانت تجربة سخيفة للغاية. لم نتمكن من استخدام المسبح، ولم نحصل على الخدمة التي حصلنا عليها في السنوات السابقة. يمكنني القول أن هذه كانت زيارتي الأخيرة. سُحبت نقود من محفظتي، وواجهت مشكلة مع هذا لأول مرة هذا العام. لم أكن سعيدًا. رأينا عنكبوتًا ضخمًا في سقف غرفتنا. لا أعرف. لم أستمتع بعطلة هذا العام على الإطلاق.

غادرتُ هذا الفندق الرائع وأنا في غاية السعادة والفرح. قدّم فولكان القهوة في بار بول، وأهنئ هوليا وبيزا في مقهى "هير" على لطفهما وأخلاقيات عملهما الممتازة. كما أتقدم بجزيل الشكر لنسيم، مديرة علاقات العملاء، على اهتمامها. كانت العروض الترفيهية والموسيقى الحية والمسابقات والفعاليات رائعة. نتقدم بالشكر الجزيل لفريق الإدارة بأكمله، وخاصةً الموظفين والمسؤولين الميدانيين.

First off the food- Main restaurant dinner was of very poor quality and cold extremely cheap ingredients and mostly junkfood barely any fresh fruit or vegetables apart from apples and peaches and some cold what looked like frozen veg it was like a 2 star hotel in that regard the breakfast buffet was terrible freezing cold fried eggs raw boiled eggs and reformed meat idk what the meat actually was bright pink and dripping in grease no toasting machine no oats the so calked scrambled eggs were mixed with butter it was disgusting. The snack restaurants were better they had real meat kebabs chicken lamb and beef they also had some decent food in comparison to the main restaurant. Rooms were extremely dated and need a total revamp the shower wasn't working neither was the extractor. But the main complaint was the a la cart restaurants which was impossible to get into i stood in ques for 5 days in a row at 8 oclock in the morning at this bar only to be told they were either closed or full they are only open 2 days a week every other hotel you book at reception but not here ohh no that would be to easy. Also the wifi is not fit for purpose all in all a terrible experience which cost over £3000

The hotel is large, you can find drinks and food everywhere, and the staff is mostly friendly. We would like to thank Nasim, who is responsible for guest relations, for ensuring our satisfaction. The food was varied, and I recommend it to everyone.

It's fun and suitable for children. The staff is friendly, the food is good, the desserts are good, and the water park is fun. I recommend it to my friends.

Don’t take any notice of the bad reviews for this hotel. We nearly didn’t book this hotel due to the bad reviews and we are glad we didn’t take any notice of them. The hotel is extremely clean. No matter what time of the day it is from 5.30am - midnight you can see the staff cleaning. Water park is brilliant. Food is varied and you can always find something to eat from early morning to midnight. I would recommend you go to the restaurant from when it opens on an evening at 6.30pm otherwise you will find it hard to find a table. Expect to queue for food from around 7.30 -8pm as this is the busiest time. A shout out to Yousuf who always took time out to get our drinks and have a chat. The A la carte restaurants cannot be booked in advance you have to book them on the day you want to go. Again you have to queue for these from 8.30 am but get there early otherwise you won’t get a table. Also, a member of staff in the main bar area inside the hotel was brilliant and was so attentive and friendly. We wanted to speak to him and leave a tip for him but unfortunately he wasn’t working on our last night. Family rooms are a great size with 1 king size bed and three single beds. We are a family of four and it worked very well for us. One of the downsides for us was the entertainment. It consisted of mainly singers which started around 10pm. We were there for 10 nights and watched about 3 decent shows on the main stage. The best one was the Michael Jackson show. In my opinion there needs to be more shows on the main stage instead of having singers every night. Also some of the people from other countries were extremely rude and obviously never heard of manners or to wait your turn in a queue but the staff tried to take charge of this. The positives certainly out way the negatives and we would have no hesitation to recommend The Crystal Waterworld to others.

It wasn't bad. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The entertainment was good, but It's better to go early for everything or get there quickly, otherwise you'll have to walk around a lot………………. ……………………………………………………………………………..

Everything amazing apart from the old tvs. The pools were amazing as-well as the atmosphere but the only sad thing was no smart tv which is still amazing considering all else.
