5月的色達還在下雪。剛剛下了訂單，就收到前台的問候，並告訴我們色達下雪了。我們懷揣着對紅房子的憧憬，對雪景的憧憬，一路奔波而來。對於來紅房子的人來説，這家酒店是一個很好的選擇。位置在縣城中心，辦理了入住，休息一會兒再去買票，不急不忙。房間乾淨舒適——淋浴、水壺、無線網絡。前台妹妹還幫忙提行李。我對這裏的服務非常滿意。

可能是第一次給差評, 但是體驗感真的非常差！預訂的時候顯示供氧房，但是沒有氧氣提供，半夜高反去前台沒有工作人員電話也不接。最讓人不能接受的一點是樓上是KTV，樓下是火鍋店，樓上半夜在施工，吵到凌晨2點多…
第二天客服回訊息道歉了並説明瞭原因。但是我覺得太影響休息了. 特別是第二天還要開車自駕，沒有休息好影響後面行程。希望今後可以有所改進，和樓上樓下溝通好。

踏入酒店，温馨氛圍撲面而來。房間佈置精緻，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。服務更是沒話説，細緻入微又熱情。早餐更是直接送到房間體驗皇帝般的待遇！周邊出行方便，這次入住體驗滿分，下次還選這兒！

衞生：臟，房間地面沒打掃，毛巾和拖鞋上有毛髮，椅子上有腳印和污漬
環境：説有洗衣房，但是這個環境我不敢洗，而且烘乾機還沒地方好插電。停車場就和臟亂差的後院一樣，沒有劃分停車位，地面不平，氣味難聞
服務：服務一般，但是可以體諒她們五一比較忙，所以四星
設施：説有地暖，但是是她們統一燒鍋爐的，要慢慢升温，一晚上過去了，房間的地上沒暖過，洗完澡很冷。房間也沒有製氧機，好像是在一樓大廳公共使用。房間的衣櫃和房間高度一樣，衣架掛在最上面，身高一米八的人 伸手不知道能拿下來不？

2025年完成施工的新酒店，離廣場和集散中心特別近，可能裝修完的痕跡還比較多，但是沒關係！一下車就高反的一行人得到酒店小姐姐們貼心的照料，不僅免費送來了多人份的洗漱用品，還免費增加一台供氧機，真的太太太感謝了😊

酒店房間很不錯，很大很寬敞，環境特別好，遊客集散中心有200多米很近，打車也非常方便，二樓有火鍋店，還有藏餐廳房間非常大，服務態度特別的好，滿意滿意。
