"A shocking disappointment given this is a Best Western. Place was dirty, had 2 floors with bedrooms up and bathroom down. Carpet dirty, smelly and torn. Poor lighting throughout. One bedroom had virtually no light. Took a lamp from another room to give some light. Depressing room, dark and dank and smelly. Wall in bathroom leaked. Water not potable but they only provide minimal amount. Gave a kettle but no cups. Only saving grace is it has a beautiful restaurant on the sea with a stunning view, good food, lots of it at a reasonable price. Included breakfast was huge and varied. "

"The hotel is modern and comfortable and reasonably priced. The owner, Armen, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. He speaks Russian and Armenian and some German but is very adept at using Google translate, so we had no problems communicating in English. Breakfast is served in Armen's café just outside the hotel and run by his wife. They both gave us advice about where to buy some essentials and even helped us buy Armenian SIM cards (they're daughter works in a phone shop a few minutes walk down the street). Armen even brushed the snow off my hire car :). Aragast is a good base for exploring the area, especially Sevan island and Sevanavank monastery."

"فندق رائع بطاقم عمل مهذب ومهتم للغاية. الموقع مثالي بكل بساطة: بحيرة سيفان قريبة جدًا! يوجد مسبح، وملعب أطفال، ومطعم. المطعم لذيذ! يمكنك شراء فطور إضافي من الفندق، وهو أمر أنصح به بشدة؛ وكان أيضًا لائقًا. الشقق نظيفة وواسعة. الشيء الوحيد هو أن الجو كان باردًا جدًا في البداية، لكننا ذهبنا إلى الاستقبال وشغّلوا التدفئة، ثم أصبح الجو دافئًا! الحديقة مريحة للغاية؛ تُضاء الأنوار في المساء. توجد طاولة أمام كل كوخ، لذا يمكنك إحضار طعامك الخاص. المسبح نظيف ومدفأ. مناشف المسبح النظيفة موضوعة على كراسي التشمس (لا حاجة لإحضار مناشفك الخاصة). بشكل عام، استمتعنا كثيرًا وسنعود بكل سرور!"
