Very comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff especially Adina and Kejal. Thank you. Great breakfast.

We stayed here in February and were on the second floor and unfortunately the lift had just broken. Flabbergasted that we are here again in June and it’s still out. No warning when booking, do you care about customers ?

Very helpful receptionist despite it being almost 1am. The room was lovely and clean, very comfortable beds. We had some wafer biscuits and a tin of mints left for us which were very appreciated. We had a coffee and some wafer biscuits before bedtime. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely spotless clean room, very quiet and just what we wanted. Nice welcome, but bit of a hiccup as we were given a room that was already occupied! This was rectified and we were happy with our room. A good night's sleep, found the duvet a tad heavy, so had to rack up the air con. Lovely shower, very happy will use the company again

Room No. 2 was a nice size, clean and tidy, well presented with comfortable twin beds. In these days of environmental awareness why oh why do we have to use air conditioning instead of having an open able window? We couldn't get the tv to work either. I cannot recommend the optional breakfast The Bull next door was dissapointing

Needed somewhere reasonably priced to stay for one night close to Orpington. We chose the Premier Inn Swanley and were not disappointed. Great service from the reception team who sorted out a ground floor room (mobility issues and lift currently out of order) even before we arrived. Room good size and amenities spot on. Small tin of biscuits that once we opened, we ate the lot. And then took the tin home to re-use it. Lovely and clean, quiet location and after we ate at the Beefeater next door (also very good) we took a short walk round the block and this was actually rather scenic going round the fields. We’d definitely stay here again

A nice seemingly refurbed Premier Inn but as somebody who likes a bit of fresh air, the lack of opening windows and uncomfortably warm air circulation (the heating panel only has settings between 19-28c!) meant a fairly unpleasant night on the ground floor. It was extremely warm (well over 20c and stuffy as anything, despite setting the thermostat to 19) and there was no way to cool it down at all, and it wasn't even a hot day. Great location for travelling into the O2 arena (25 minute easy drive) but sadly probably the worst nights sleep I've ever had at a Premier Inn.

The hotel appears to have had a complete refurb. Our room was spotless, well decorated and even had air conditioning. We had a room at the back which was very quiet, but London Road, in spite of its name, seems relatively quite at night. We were very impressed by the helpful staff - Kirsten on reception deserves a mention. On this occasion we didn't use the restaurant next door.
