Cute hotel. The rooms are decently big to have luggage and even move around. No kettle or coffee in room which was a bit of disappointment but they have water filter on every floor so that was a plus. Toiletries not provided in room but you can ask the reception for toothbrush etc. location is a few hundred meter walk from Santa Justa Station. Cathedral is walkable as well. Takes about 20 minuets to reach. Other attractions are also explorable on foot.

sound and light proofing is very good, although nightly and daily intense forced ventilation from intra building aircon causes some light vibration that may be disturbing.
pricewise its only 70% of the prices in town center especially at weekend, which is a big plus for this hotel.
conveniently located between town and airport, 10min by bus both ways. No 28 and EA bus do stop there, ca 300m to walk. there is Lidl not war away and large carrefour about 1.3km away

The hotel has very good facilities inside, it could easily be a 4 star hotel, the employees are very friendly. The only thing is that, although they have 2 people at the reception, only one of them is in charge of check-in/out, you have to be very patient with this process.

The service is very good. The guy at the front desk speaks good English and is very friendly. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. It is in the pedestrian street and not far from Plaza de España and the Golden Tower.

It is next to the cathedral and Alcazar. Great location. A carriage is running under the window.
The bedroom and living room are nice. Bathroom with two washbasins lined up. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso.
It's really a suite room.
However, it was difficult to find the place to check in because it was a different hotel. The distance is also a little far away.
I would like to use it again because the cost performance is the best.

PPengdalianFirst stop in Spain, great hotel! Slippers, electric kettle, tea bags, coffee, and various disposable items are available! The location is also great, right next to the bullring and very close to major attractions. After all, Seville itself is not that big. There are many restaurants around, so you need to look for breakfast at other times to eat. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can order breakfast, but it is closed on Wednesday mornings.

GGuest UserSatisfactory accommodation, the location is very good, in the center of the old city, just a short distance from the palace and cathedral, within walking distance, very convenient; and the apartment is quiet in the middle of the noise, there is no noise at all when the door is closed. The staff would like to give special praise and thanks. We needed to go to another place to check in, but the nice lady learned that we had arrived at the apartment with our luggage, so she ran over to deliver the keys in person and helped us check in. She was very enthusiastic Give us maps and highlight famous places. The apartment is good in all aspects, but some facilities are slightly outdated.

GGuest UserBeautiful accommodation which is centrally located in a stunning building with super friendly staff. We felt right at home from the start. A very relaxed vibe. Walking distance to all the attractions and lovely restaurants. The room was very comfortable. The only issue (which may be personal) was that the pillows were cheap and too soft - would suggest the hotel invest in good quality pillows or provide a pillow menu to the guests. Otherwise top notch accommodation!

BB_CIt is easy find, looks new and stylish.
Only problem is the bathroom stinks…. Not sure if it’s the toilet or the sewage pipe or the water heater in the shower(?) it just stinks and smelled like literal poop…. Had the keep the bathroom door shut the whole time, can’t say I enjoyed the stay here, mainly because of this problem.
The price is fair tho.
Also just beware that there’re no USB ports in the room.

沈沈高輝Originally I felt racial discrimination, but later I felt that it maybe a misunderstanding. Because the attitude and service were good with the same lady.
Advantages: a department store just in the opposite side, my wife bought the channel cosmetics for her old cosmetics almost been
gone with the same brand and the staff's service was very good when I requested tax-refund. A small supermarket just beside the hotel.
Disadvantage: it is very hard to park the car, we hadbto park far away from the hotel.

브브랜든I didn't know it at all because it wasn't in the reviews, but our room was a double-floor structure. Of course, there are rooms on the 0th floor, not double-floor. The double-floor structure is the bedroom, the bathroom is upstair It is inconvenient because you have to climb and down the stairs every time you go to the bathroom. If you are a lot of luggage or a little uncomfortable with your legs, you must refer to this part. Other facilities and services are good. Especially the bed is spacious and overall clean with the latest style. And the staff is also very friendly.
I chose it because parking is free on Trop.com, but it's actually a way to park and settle in a parking lot three minutes away. Please note this part. I'm saying that I'll reward parking on Trip.com because the information is wrong. Trip.com is good. ^^

GGuest UserThe hotel was lovely. They had things of interest in the public areas such as paintings, ship models and an entire set of beautiful china. The breakfast was varied and fantastic with fresh fruit, a variety of breakfast meats and sweet breads as well as cereal and yogurt. The room was good and the air conditioning was lovely. The staff was helpful and it is within easy walking distance of many beautiful places such as the Plaza de España.

GGuest UserThe apartment is spacious. The location is excellent as it is right in the old town. It was quite a experience to stay in an old building in a narrow street. The downside of staying in the bottom floor apartment is you hear noises from upstairs all the time such as walking, pulling a chair and dropping things on the floor etc.
I also like to point out that the shower did not work very well. Hope it will be fixed for future visitors

I stayed two time in here , first was for 2people and facilities was quite enough, as space.
But for 3people it is small.
The thing is , price is worth it.
No reception after 2-3pm , you can contact with them till midnight, keep in mind.
