我們一共訂了了5間房，第一次住格林。房間很大，衞生做得很好，很乾凈。有洗衣房，洗衣烘乾衣服都很方便，早餐不錯。每一層樓電梯口都放了好幾瓶飲用水，讓客人隨便拿，真貼心。

辦入住時跟前台説準備兩份打包早餐退房的時候我要來拿前台給我的回覆“1早餐不能送到房間 2我們不提供打包餐 3要不你去問廚房” 我啥時候讓你把早餐送房間了？一個四星級酒店沒有早簡餐打包服務還讓我去問廚房要不你回家吧讓廚房來前台辦入住我要是沒記錯辦理入住的流程是把房卡給客人以後説“你好，這是你的房卡房間在*樓，早餐時間是幾點到幾點餐廳在*樓” 當時她把房卡給我我站在那裡她説辦完了到退房我也不知道你們早餐在幾樓幾點開始要不你們還是繼續當快捷酒店吧然後就是衞生間你不配一次性馬桶套你好歹配一個消毒濕巾你濕巾也不配那你能不能把馬桶圈上的尿漬擦乾淨？好歹是個四星你掛四星收四星的錢你要有個四星樣子和服務吧性價比極低服務服務沒有衞生衞生沒有莎車這麼多可選擇酒店實在是不應該哦還有那個空調聲音挺大的就是不冷轟隆隆了一晚上 20度像26,7度當天莎車氣温16到22度沙塵不能開窗不敢想象夏天30多度這個空調得多熱總結：不配4星

沒的説，早餐是我入住酒店裡最好的，房間乾淨整潔，設備新，自動化，前台每一位工作人員的態度都很好，親切，尤其是入住時接待我的小熱女士，很專業很負責，讓人感覺，格林東方酒店就是專門為我們商務人士專門締造的。對了，一樓的咖啡豆是高級咖啡豆，很正宗。

當班服務態度較差不耐煩的樣子房間中央空調讓調試一下告訴我好的真的是吹了一晚上冷風一到13點多就開始前台就拿自己手機打電話催退房簡直了

過來這邊旅遊，就想着找個地方清靜一點的酒店住下，結果隔音太差太差了，走廊的人説話腳步聲都可以聽到，一個晚上都沒睡好。我看你們家在莎車價格也算是高的了，床單被套更是一言難盡，黑色的點點都不知道是什麼[撇嘴]，還有床單上有黃色印子！枕頭套都爛成啥樣了，就不怕勒到客人嗎？
