"Although it's on the edge of town, it's quiet! The front desk lady upgraded me to a family room, which was incredibly spacious! The facilities were complete, and I loved the fact that the restroom, toilet, and shower were all separate, allowing for separate wet and dry areas without interfering with each other! Look at the gleaming gold hangers. The lobby bar offers coffee, milk tea, and orange juice—very good! So after visiting Shache Ancient City, I stayed another night. They're very Ctrip member-friendly!"

"يوجد في الطابق الأول فواكه جافة و خميرة و بطانيات كبيرة و خشبية معجنات باتان. كما يوجد مياه معدنية في ينابيع الجبال الريفية. ويوجد في الطابق 3 مغسلة ملابس و صالة رياضية. و المطعم في الطابق 3 كذلك. 2مصعد واحد ، واحد في الصيانة ، لذلك انتظر المصعد ضائعا بعض الشيء للوقت ، فقط اكتشفت لاحقا أن الدرج يقع في المطعم. الغرف كبيرة ، السرير مريح ، وفرش السرير مغطى بالمفتاح حقا مريحة. الإفطار وفيرة إلى حد ما. يتم تقديم نجوم الفندق جيد أيضًا. انقطع خط ضغط عالي في تلك الليلة مما أدى الى انقطاع التيار الكهربائي في الفندق و انقطاع التيار الكهربائي ثلاث مرات متتالية في الارض و تم تشغيل الفندق مباشرة على التوربينات"

"Terrible service, I will never stay here again! 1. Poor front desk attitude: The staff were impatient during check-in, unresponsive to questions, and I felt like I was bothering them. 2. Room problems went unresolved: After reporting a leaking toilet, I waited for 3 hours and no one came to fix it; I had to find a solution myself. 3. Extremely poor soundproofing: I could hear conversations in the next room and footsteps in the hallway clearly; I didn't sleep well all night. 4. Chaotic management, weak service awareness, outdated facilities, and questionable hygiene. I strongly advise against staying here!"
