This cozy one bedroom is located on a country farm setting. Once used as a Gardner’s quarters. Quarters are private but is next to another unit.
Studio has 2 rooms plus bathroom
Bedroom has double bed and other room has kitchenette sitting area and small table and chairs. Kitchen has 2 counter top burners , Refrigerator ,microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and griddle .
Patio out back for eating , grilling or simply resting. There are 2 vintage bikes available for using .About pets:Pets allowed: limit 2 total.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 10.About events:Events allowed.Maximum event attendees: 99.

Very cozy apartment in a nice town
Overall, we liked staying here, but echoing some of the previous reviews, while the linens and towels were clean, the floor and surfaces of the apartment didn't appear to have been cleaned very thoroughly. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay on the farm, in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants in a cute town.

A great stay at a cute little home
The house was very clean and the property was beautiful. The place was very tidy with several card games to play, made for a fun getaway while visiting family. The property was easy to find and we felt very welcome upon arriving.

Best getaway ever!!!
I looked for tranquility and peace and found it here!!!!! Waking up to roosters and coffee on the back porch sent me back to simplicity and love of nature. In its primitiveness, I found the solidarity that I’ve missed dearly. Amy is a lovely host! I’m going back soon.

Fun, Functional and Cozy
I loved this place - I'm an artist so all the artistic touches made my heart sing. Lots of extras thrown in (my husband especially appreciated the Marzipan). Cozy bed, as warm as we wanted.
