there was leaking and not a proper place for stay cation. as this was last minute booking and we arrived late no choice but to stay at the said property.

No physical place to make contact. Pin point in Google is fake. Place name is common name, not existed. Only gives local phone, no email, no line. They demand all from customer to do eg. deposit, document, etc. I used other person local phone to call them even before 12AM, they were not helping at all. I screenshot all evidences. Why Trip.com registered common name hotel with incorrect location??

Very hard to find the locations, no information about the area, their reasons because our registered phone number do not have whatsapp. When we call 2 provided numbers no answer at all. 1st house cannot enter and need to go down change our keys. Customers need to pay own parking. Refund deposit needs 5-7 days. Toilet not very clean and clogged
