Please improve on the bed bug (pijat) issue.. stayed there for 3 days 2 night. We have to change our room at 4.00 am and luckily the second room is ok. Thank you to the manager because of the great service. Please check your room 1513 and 1521 as i stayed there for 2 different dates and both of the room have the same problem. Luckily we managed ti get the vide o of the bed bugs on room 1521.

Everything was good! Good ambient My room is nice, the view is opposite Masjid Negeri. Just my comments need to upgrade the pillow.

We booked non smoking room but the receptionist still assign smoking room for us. And the hair dryer was sinked in a wet container, which shocked us.

For a short trip this is a quite ok experience. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. It is hard to contact them by trip free call, but they reply my mail inquiry within decent time. Breakfast was ok and for this price i think it is worth the money. Location also is very nice, direct view to blue mosque and located next to a small shopping center. Very convenient.
