For elderly guests who weren't familiar with operating the TV, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and proactive, patiently assisting them to switch to the live broadcast channel. This thoughtful detail was incredibly heartwarming. Watching the grand military parade was truly exhilarating, filling us with a strong sense of national pride.
