I felt this place was obscenely small and not well stocked with basics like water for the price. I also found that the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and for two people we were cramped.

Located in a residential building in Jing’an District, the place offers a glimpse into the lifestyle of old Shanghai. It’s ideal for walking around, with well-developed amenities nearby. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave, making it very convenient. However, the bathroom is quite small and lacks a separate shower area, so extra care is needed when showering.

Good location , communication for check in could have been better. Spent 20 minutes locked out because key code was wrong. Nice hosts.

小朋友很喜歡，有投影儀看很方便，還有獨立的小床睡覺。用的東西都有很方便，很喜歡，下次去還會在住。

房間很小，帶了行李箱，都沒地方打開，整個房間有股味道，枕頭不乾淨有類似血跡的東西，整體體驗感挺差

很安靜，出乎預料，真的很不錯，挺滿意。

衞生：假的綠植太多，生灰塵，也有些小蜘蛛。窗簾拉開，窗台特別臟。廁所洗手枱下還有不知道誰的襪子，小廚房底下還有蜘蛛 設施：投屏顯示能觀看的不多，對於不是本地人不太方便！ 附近吃喝倒是挺方便的！ 服務：後台的服務挺好的，缺的東西立即有補上。 第一天遇到淋浴間廁所堵塞，第二天也有處理，挺好的。

房子不大，但是很温馨，裝修也很用心，價格實惠，房子和網上一樣，很不錯！

Nice apartman next to Jing’an Temple. Great location, next to metro line 2-7-14, great for day trips around Shanghai. There is a Plaza nearby, Starbucks, everything you could need. The building is a bit older but has security and 3 elevators. The apartman was convinient for 5 people, had everything we needed for 6 days. The kitchen and the bedrooms look nice, only the bathrooms would need some renovation. The costumer service team was great and very quick to answer our questions. Overall for this price it’s a great apartman, would absolutely book again!

房間雖然很小，但是很乾凈整潔的，衞生打掃方面也可以，就是再小區裏私房改造的，離地鐵14號線很近，出行方便

Basically all is good, nothing to complaint Have every basic things one need Cleaniness is good Location is good Self service check in and check out was easy too Washing machine, microoven, fridge, rice cooker, pot utensils etc Shower gel, hair shampoo, toothbrush, bath towel, hand towel, in-door slipper, toilet rolls, tissue paper etc Would highly recommend for families with elderly and kids
