This was the best of 3 hotels that we stayed in during our Shanghai trip. Will definitely want to stay here again when we come back to Shanghai.
Pros: Spacious and clean room which gave the kids space to roam around. Location was also great, especially since the train’s exit closest to the hotel had an escalator which was good cause we had a stroller. There is also a bakery and fast food restaurant just steps away for a quick bite. Great service from the staff who always greeted with a smile and special thanks to 以墨 and 南星 who very proactive in helping us, from helping to rearrange a delivery of my parcel, bringing them to my room and helping with our luggages.
Cons: The toilet tiles can get extremely slippery when wet. There is a small anti-slip mat placed inside which helped but we still had several near-slip incidents. There was also some renovation going on which was a little disruptive.

Good Hotel , Easy to access every way , subway 老西门站 just infront hotel . Hotel Staff 纤月和空青 was very helpful to settle everything for me . I will stay here again on next visit .

It was a super pleasant stay in demores Hotel. My friends and I reached the hotel quite early and they let us check in earlier. There's a free essential oil that we could choose for the humidifier in the room. The room was really clean and everything was great. Bed was comfortable. They also have universal plug socket for us to charge our devices. Toilet and shower were separated, and both were very clean. During our 5-day stay, they cleaned our room daily. They topped up mineral water daily too. If we needed a top up of soap and shampoo, we could just wechat the hotel staff admin instead of calling them. We could even order food from outside and the robot will deliver to us. It's super convenient! There's also free washer and dryer at level 5 that we could use anytime if we need. The hotel location is also very strategic, near convenience stores, food places and also the train station. We could call Didi also from the hotel. Everything was perfect. Really great service from the hotel staffs空青 and 纤月. Recommended for long or short stay 👍

we had a great time at this hotel. initially one of the rooms had a weird smell but the issue was quickly rectified by the staff. the staff quickly changed to an upgraded room and offered us some fruit for the trouble.
The staff was also very helpful in helping to receive the food deliveries that we've ordered as well as some taobao parcels.
Rooms were cleaned daily and the smart features were appreciated.
I've asked the staff to write their names on a post it so that I can specially thank them. Thank you to 纤月，空青，从墨，言初。
