I have been staying multiple hotels brand during my 1 month trip to China. This hotel brand is the best: - Their 3 stars are equal to North America and Europe 4+stars. - Good quality hotel - Very clean, no smoking smell in the room. - Receptionists are very polite. Specially a female named PenPen, she extended her help when everyone asked for direction in the Shanghai location. Very fast response. - good price - Robot room service 24/7 - Offer late night free small meal. I recommend this hotel. I will book it again for my future trips

Even with a 9:00 AM check-in, our room was excellent. All the services provided were superb. The hotel boasts a great location and beautiful surroundings. Both the laundry room and gym facilities are very well-equipped, and the staff's service attitude was fantastic.

The hotel is quite new, and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful, even assisting with laundry and delivering it to our room. They also offer complimentary late-night snacks. It's about 900 meters to the subway station, and shared bikes are readily available and convenient. The only slight downside is the limited dining options nearby.

I appreciate the early check-in. Great new hotel but the room was cleaned in a rush when I checked in. There was still garbage in the can. The curtain switch was broken too.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. It was average price here in Shanghai from my research. Clean, the breakfast was pleasant which had some western and Asian food which is nice. The area was good too and not far from a lot of the tourist things. Would recommend.

Staffs are super nice and helpful. Brightly clean room, and super comfy beddings and mattress. We have to buy the pillow and bring back to Korea! The only problem is there are no front entrance parking space for taxi to drop down passenger but only on the side of the road, it’s a little bit dangerous while carrying a kid

I always sleep perfect in Atour hotels. The rooms are nice and clean. What I like about Atour is the superior matrass and the pillow selection. The AC is good and doesnt blow in your face. Everything is meticulously thought of by design.

A Tour is always a good bet for hotels and this was no exception. The location is great for getting to the old area of Shanghai by taxi, and about half an hour walking. About 15 minutes walk to the nearest subway station, which might be difficult to walk with a lot of luggage. The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Nice pour over coffee available in the room and daily stocked tea in the fridge. Can easily recommend this place.
