Our first room smelled of smoke and requested to be moved to another room - no problem. Comfortable amenities for westerners. We had a fake window in our room but that was okay since we weren’t going to be there much. Very close to train station and metro lines.

It is very convenient to Shanghai South Railway Station. After getting off the train in the morning, I walked a few minutes to the hotel and booked an hourly room to rest. I was very disappointed with the hotel quilt. I don't know what got on it. I asked for a new quilt the first time, but it was still as dirty the next day. It was the first time I felt that the Four Seasons was really bad when I brought my elderly and children with me.
