房間比較老舊，退房那天早上電梯壞了讓客服自己從三樓步梯走下來拿着很多東西給客服打電話説是不是他的服務範圍後來我的家人過去又去找了一次來了一個胖乎乎年齡人幫着提最後還説這個本身不是我們的服務

這個酒店不錯，大堂寬敞明亮。價格超便宜，性價比好。五樓裝修好，有全季的範兒。
前台服務態度好。房間乾淨。周圍配套齊全，有萬輝廣場盒馬生鮮，交通便利，門口就是車站，去浦東機場五分鐘上高速，全程40分鐘。
