Friendly Staff, Good Location, Clean Rooms, All Services are a few meters away.
What I didn't like is that the rooms are small, and the disposable towels are not really good.

Overall very clean and convenient, near to Nanjing East Road, near Metro station 2 and 10, easily can travel to tourist attractive place. will stsy here again when visit Shanghai

Very near Nanjing Lu & The Bund! Love the place alot, there’s free washing machine & the service there is superb! Reached early 8am and still managed to checkin since there’s available room. Thanks alot!

What I like about this hotel is its cleaniness. One point to mention is that this hotel uses disposal towels.

We came once and decided to come back again. For the second time we have booked a queen bedroom and for the second time we got a twin bedroom !!!! Why ??? it seems so strange and no way to get what we booked for. More over, this time was a nightmare, at the entrance we were notified that the water will be cut for almost one day. No prior notice, this is really unfair ! If we knew it before we wouldn't have booked in this hotel ! Last, windows are so dirty, difficult to see outside. Be aware!
