We sincerely regret that we failed to meet your expectations and would like to extend our most sincere apologies.Regarding the deposit issue you raised, the hotel has taken this matter seriously and conducted an immediate investigation. Our findings confirm that the pre-authorization was successfully released on your check-out date, June 15 at 11:37. We have verified with both our Finance Department and the bank that the hotel’s ability to print out the cancellation voucher confirms the transaction was completed successfully.As you mentioned not receiving the deposit refund after one month, we recommend contacting your card-issuing bank to clarify the reason for the delay. Should you require any supporting documentation, please feel free to reach out to us at your convenience.
