My family enjoyed our stayed at Atour X hotel and 南京西路 shanghai. When we checked in, we got a pleasent surprise that we got an upgrade of our room. The staffs are very helpful and polite. We got our requests fullfilled swiftly. Room is clean and neat.
The location is superb, plenty of food options and near 吴江路 and the Starbucks Reserve Roastery.
I will certainly stay here again if i come to shanghai again next time

The location is great as it is only around 300m away from the metro, a few tourist streets, spots. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower room, there is mold on the floor where the silicon seal is.

Booked the family tent room, found some used tissues and candy inside the tent when first check in. Location near train station. Hotel provided supper porridge at night, simple and not much choices.

The hotel is super clean and the room was quiet and soundproofed which made my stay and sleep much comforting…. The front desk staff were really helpful and respectful…. Very recommended 👌🏽

Located conveniently near tourist spots yet far enough for peace and quiet. Within 10 mins walk there is 3 metro stations, more than 5 bubble tea/coffee shops, many bakeries and streets with food.
