Hotel was good, with helpful people and good service. However, the rain-showerhead in my room was not working at all and also the AC was fairly loud. Gym was okay and the sauna was nice. Breakfast was also very good with a lot to choose from. Location obviously not in the center (but you should know it before booking) but fairly close to the business district and Pudong airport.

Hotel is clean and staff was friendly. Just a matter of location if want to walk around for shopping. U hv to take train to other places.

Stayed here for 2nights and 3 days. Excellent customer service. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices and delicious. Spacious and well-decorated room. Will come back again

Very Good pool and gym, nice breakfast, large rooms, v clean. Location ok for business traveler. Near metro line. Away from downtown. Cheerful front desk staff.

An immaculate hotel in a less-than-ideal location. If you need a place to stay in this part of Shanghai then there's nothing better. If you're going to Shanghai for any other reason then know that you're about 90 minutes+ to the city center. Staff is great, facilities are great, rooms are clean and everything is comfortable. I stay here every time I'm in the area for business.

The hotel is always clean and the front desk staff are very helpful. We had a situation with our room window and the front desk were very accommodating in moving us to another room. This hotel is also contracted with Emirates Airlines for their cabin crews which says a lot for the standards and amenities.

This is a nice hotel when you need to be in this area of Pudong. Very close to the metro station, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. I highly recommend staying here.
