I booked a three-day twin room on Ctrip. On my first day, the front desk said the room was close to the road. I said I wanted a quieter room and might stay longer. Later, the front desk changed it to a business king room, saying the price was the same. However, when I extended my stay a second time on Ctrip, the front desk asked me to pay an additional 90 yuan. The room was incredibly cramped, the amenities didn't work, and there wasn't a quiet room at all. This kind of hotel is truly unreliable. The air conditioning was old and didn't work well. There was only one elevator, and it was incredibly slow. It took at least ten minutes to get there, so I had to take the stairs if I was in a hurry. The hallways smelled bad, and the faucets in the room were poorly made, with the water temperature being a bit fickle. It was a truly dingy and messy experience. On my fourth day, I locked my suitcase in the morning and returned that evening to find the combination lock broken. No one admitted to entering my room. The surveillance cameras in these small hotels have blind spots. I don't have the time to argue with them. I will never stay in a hotel like this again. I don't feel safe at all.

It's okay, the service is very good. But the environment is not particularly good, it is next to an elevated highway. Air conditioner is old.
