What a luxurious stay! The bed was ginormous and comfortable, the service was top notch, the pool with a view of the Bund is unbeatable, plus they have live music in one of their bars from 9:30-12:15 so getting in on a late flight still made it fun. Also close to the line 12 metro. Definitely recommend!

Everything is good, view is nice but the window is dirty. Can’t take nice photo because can see how dirty is the window…

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. One of the best parts was the convenient location and the beautiful view — both really enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay and service from Claire who made our honeymoon stay extra special. There is a personalized touch to the W, food and uber cool decor make this a hotel top of the bund!

Great hotel to stay, close to everything! The restaurants and the massage place at the mall next door are fantastic! The best buffet for breakfast and the overall magical vibe!

The most amazing hotel in Shanghai , rooms are comfortable and big , western breakfast, view of pool everything perfect. Near from shopping mall which have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop. Spa was full of relaxing time there we enjoyed the smell type of oil. Great for business families and couples

The stay was ridiculously good and comfortable. I have stayed in various W hotels but this one still my favourite in terms of the facilities and the wow characteristics. However, view is great to see at the bund. Hotel is still kind enough to decorate abit for my bf’s birthday in the room.

This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed around the world. The view is fantastic and their breakfast is the best we have ever had. The have 2 pools, inside and outside with a jacuzzi. Worth every penny!
