Hotel is very near to disneyland. Very recommended to stay. Love it.

It's nice hotel. Have offer free airport shuttle bus and Disney land. Some staff can speak English and everyone is helpful.. good

We spent a night for transit and it was amazing place to stay. The best part is the shuttle bus. Eventhough it only took us about 10 min to walk to nearest metro station but the shuttle bus made it feasible (when you have large suitcases). We were given the room before check-in time so we were really appreciate for that. We could take a nap before getting into the city center.

Our second time in this hotel. First time we had to be close to the airport and this time we stayed because we wanted to be close to Disney Resort! If any of the above reasons are suitable for you, think no more - the place is great and the service is even better! Oh, we even got two apples as Christmas presents!

The hotel is clean, the room is standard, the breakfast is varied, it is close to the subway, it is convenient to travel, there is an airport shuttle, there is a fitness room, there is a laundry room. All the staff are welcoming, especially Clara, she can solve my problem very well. I am very impressed with her and she speaks good English, which makes communication easy. Next time I will come back to stay here again.

Staff: Woman staff at the night shift on 10/12/2024 was very helpful. She can speak English well and deliver a great service. She upgraded the room for me as well. Location: close to Chuansha metro station and Dalian Chuansha Mall, which is quite a big mall. Service: Plenty of service mind here. Roomcleaner is also humble and greeting. I can see many smiles on their face. Room amenities are provided, especially shower cream, shampoo, and conditioner are very great smell.

Just normal & rest some time for move to pudong airport. Nearby have a small good restaurant.

We chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced, walking distance from an underground station line that connects to Pudong International Airport and is also near to ChuanSha ancient water town. The hotel reception and breakfast areas are modern and clean, with a coffee bar. Lifts are operated by room card so can only be used by guests. The room was pretty clean and modern in style but the room felt and smelt a little damp. The receptionist said this was a common problem with hotels in Shanghai due to the humidity. The cupboard in our bedroom had spare duvets which were wet and growing mould! As soon as I mentioned this to the staff they removed them, it seemed to be caused from the air con unit previously dripping water. We were told rooms on the higher floors don’t have the same problem with damp, but they were all fully booked so could not be offered as an alternative. The breakfast was good for the price ¥69 for two people. A mix of cooked and cold European and Asian dishes. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Disney and Pudong Airport, but Disney takes priority time slots in the morning at 7:30 and 8:20. As we had a morning flight the 9:10 shuttle bus option was too late for us, so we used the underground to travel to the airport instead. The hotel is in walking distance of a shopping centre with lots of restaurants. There are also nearby local restaurants on the street, on the walk from the underground station. Overall a decent hotel for the price.

Free shuttle service to Pudong Airport. It is scheduled service, not very frequent. 400 m walk from Chuansha metro station. There is a big shopping centre beside the station. Lively mall with plenty of eatery. Hotel is okay, room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Considering the name Radisson, I would love a much better standard for their service. The location is quite far from nearest MRT station, so use taxi if you are with families or luggages. Be Careful because Shuttle bus tu Pudong Airport available only from 5.50 AM, before that you can only go by taxi to airport. What bugs me the most is the attitude of the staffs. When asking about nearest mini market or supermarket, the answer I got is 3 simple words “I dont know”. The next morning, I have to pick my own luggages from their storage room because the staffs was “too busy”, while it’s still 4.00AM and nobody was there. Rarely get smiles from their face. Please improve your service standard

I had a very pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson near Chuansha Metro Station. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, which provides easy access to central Shanghai and Pudong International Airport. It’s especially convenient for travelers with early flights or short layovers. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and constantly replenished. It definitely exceeded my expectations and was a perfect way to start each day. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a restful stay. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with directions or information. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and value near Pudong Airport. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a few kilometers from Disneyland and offers a free shuttle service, which can be reserved in advance. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the rooms are also very comfortable. It’s also close to Chuansha Metro Station—just a few minutes’ walk from the exit.
