Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. Overall is quite good. The staffs unable to speak English but it is fine we able to chat via WeChat. The location is very convenient and close to Mrt Wuning road walk distance around 5 minutes near few shopping malls and a lot of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is always amazingly clean, great service and attention from the staff 24hrs. The location is so convenient, have shopping mall, restaurants, barbershop and even dance studios near by. Has laundry service also available all day/night. I book to stay here every time I’m in Shanghai, highly recommended !!

The moment I stepped into the lobby, the friendly smile of the front desk staff and the fragrance of jasmine tea dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The guest room design is simple but stylish. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are stunning, and the smart curtains and air purification system are thoughtful. The customized bath set that is changed daily exudes a light white tea fragrance, and the bedding is made of 80-count Egyptian cotton. The experience of falling asleep in the softness of the clouds is really rare. The 24-hour butler service responds quickly. When the concierge learned that I was catching an early flight, he prepared a hot breakfast box at 5 am. The combination of the rooftop infinity pool and the starry sky bar is a perfect match. The freshly ground Colombian coffee in the executive lounge is unforgettable. I especially like the laundry service. The clothes with the smell of hot pot were sent back in two hours, looking brand new, and folded more neatly than the specialty store. The location is impeccable, with a 5-minute walk to the subway hub, and the surrounding time-honored food streets and boutique shopping centers are perfectly integrated. When leaving the hotel, I received a gift of local specialty snacks, and this unexpected warmth made the return journey sweet. This hotel that combines hardware quality and humanistic care to the extreme is definitely worthy of being your first choice for your next trip!

Has been a nice stay. The location is a bit far from downtown but the overall quality is good. It’s not my first stay and this time the room was not as clean as the other times: some hairs behind the sink and a small spiderweb in the corner… nothing terrible though. The bed is comfortable, the room has all the amenities and plenty of bottled water, the breakfast is good.

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel - with innovative spatial configuration and interior styling. But the management is a bit at AirB&B level, seemingly run by the owner's family members rather than a professionally trained team. The room I was originally assigned to had an intense smell of cigarrette; the room I changed to upon request had an obvious smell of mildew. The only window in the room does not provide sightline to outside; it's only for ventilation and indirect natural daylight. The location is between city center and the Hongqiao train station, which is the reason I chose the hotel, but the area has no nearby attractions.

Was a very pleasant stay. Staff were very extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and maintained daily. It was modern and everything worked perfectly. The view was stunning overlooking the city! The gym had all the essential workout equipment. Great location with walkable and cycle-able distance to tourist attractions, delicious restaurants, and tranquil coffee shops all nestled within the vibrant Shanghai downtown fabric. Will definitely consider staying again when I’m back in Shanghai.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is opposite the Putuo District Central Hospital. It is convenient for family members to stay here for hospitalization. The service of this hotel is very good. If there is something, call the front desk to handle it immediately. The bathroom in the room is three-separated, which is very convenient and well decorated. The key is that you can park for free and wash clothes for free. The sofa in the lobby is very comfortable, and there is free tea and free coffee every day. The staff member Wang Yan asked him to deal with the matter and he was able to solve it satisfactorily and promptly. This hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

The room is clean and odorless, the air conditioning is very powerful, there is an underground parking space, the service is friendly, although the hotel is in Putuo District, it is not far from Yuyuan, Wukang Road, Huaihai Road, and New World

Oh it great. From the cleanliness to front desk all good though room was tiny for the price! I had to give a tip at least to the cleaning lady disinfectants were used everyday! All my food orders were coming in rightly by robots! Breakfast good good
