The UrCove Hyatt at the West Bund riverside is excellent! I would love to stay here again. I just had a quick one night stay this time and chose this hotel because of how close it is to the event venue and I was highly satisfied with how clean, quiet, and convenient everything was. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a riverside experience with convenient location to shops and great facilities.

I like the service attitude of this hotel. Everyone, including the front desk and the cleaning lady, is very warm and polite. If you have any problems, they can solve them for you as soon as possible. It's good. First of all, the room I stayed in was very quiet and tidy, the bedding was also clean and hygienic, and the mattress was comfortable to sleep on. Secondly, the toilet and shower are separated; there is also a laundry room and a gym. The laundry room can have a separate dryer for drying, not a washing and drying machine, which is also one of my favorites. In addition, the dining environment of this hotel is also large and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. I will choose it again next time I come, and it is worth recommending to everyone. (You can order takeout, and the robot can deliver it quickly, which is very convenient. The location of this hotel is convenient for transportation. You can take a taxi when you go out. It is about a 5-minute walk from the subway station)

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. It is more perfect than a few years ago. There is tea and rest area in the lobby. There are several brothers and sisters at the front desk, so don't worry about waiting. Super warm and polite. I contacted in advance that I needed a twin bed that could be spliced, and they prepared it for me. The sister at the front desk prepared children's toiletries and slippers. The Capibara lollipop hit the spot. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The bedding was comfortable. The children used the pillow and loved it. I went downstairs and took two children's starry sky pillows home. The porridge at 9:30 in the evening was really delicious, the side dishes were refreshing and delicious, and the buns were also very cute. The staff in the elevator will take the initiative to say hello. If I come here again next time, I will choose this hotel again. Free parking, very convenient to travel. The price is not high during holidays and it is quite good. The hotel has a good location, convenient for taxis and subways, and the rooms are not bad. The hotel can see the Pearl River. The staff was very enthusiastic and gave a welcome gift when checking in. They also gave children slippers and toothbrushes in advance for the children. The breakfast was not bad and the price-performance ratio was very high. There is a Sun Moon Light Shopping Mall near the hotel. There is an Aldi supermarket inside. Daily necessities are available. The theme this time is parent-child. It is very convenient to go to the Aerospace and Fire Museums. PS: The hotel has rooms with bathtubs and showers. If you need them, you can tell the staff.

The duplex room is clean and hygienic, with a refrigerator and microwave, which is quite convenient. There is also a laundry room and a public kitchen. It is adjacent to the botanical garden and is quite quiet. The front desk service is also very meticulous.

The bathroom has conditioner, the makeup mirror has a light, and it is thoughtful for girls. The room is good. You can upgrade the room for free. The hotel facilities are more intelligent. The switch of each light is marked and easy to mark.

Service is good, but not all of receptionists speak English. Cafe-bar on the first floor offers bad coffee, no normal bar. Rooms are clean, enough large, bed and linen are ok. No in-room info about amenities. In-room bar is empty.  Not enough racks for used towels. Bad idea to put them on string inside the shower. Bad solution - semi transparent window between bathroom and bedroom. If you decide to switch on the light at night your partner will wake up. Not enough light inside the room . 

The front desk service is very good and enthusiastic; the mattress is comfortable and the water pressure is stable; the internet speed is fast and parking is easy. 4. The location and transportation are convenient, the facilities are complete and the room is clean; the hot water is fast and tastes good, and it is very attentive. 5. The service attitude is excellent, the style is unique and the facilities are complete; the bed is large, the bedding is soft and the sound insulation is strong. Very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Shanghai.
