II really enjoyed my stay at Amara last week. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. Jon the concierge remembered my name and made me feel comfortable navigating the area on foot. The staff at the front desk were able to help me arrange transportation to the airport when my DiDi was not working. Really close to the metro station The hotel buffet was probably one of the best buffets I’ve had, let alone in a hotel! There were so many high quality options. The hot noodle bar and egg/omlet bar along with the fresh fruit and salad set the buffet apart. Timmy from the restaurant was so much help and made me extremely comfortable.  Would definitely come back next time I am in SH

Oh it great. From the cleanliness to front desk all good though room was tiny for the price! I had to give a tip at least to the cleaning lady disinfectants were used everyday! All my food orders were coming in rightly by robots! Breakfast good good

The front desk service is very good, the sanitation is very clean, the surrounding facilities are very convenient, and the atmosphere in the hotel is very good. Environment: Very elegant. A good place to stay for business trips. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The room with windows was comfortable for the first two days, and I changed to a room without windows in the next few days. It was OK. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Shanghai. The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and the service was thoughtful. I give you a thumbs up 👍🏽 The breakfast was OK. The auntie who made noodles was very enthusiastic. I asked for a vegetarian bun the day before, but I only ate one. She left a few for me in the next few days. I love it 😍 So heartwarming

I took my mother to Shanghai for a few days. I didn't expect the All Seasons Hotel to be so convenient and comfortable. First of all, the location of the All Seasons Hotel is very advantageous. There are several small malls such as Hongshoufang and Xuhuili around it. There are so many snacks. The Bangyunyu noodles and Xinjiang barbecue downstairs are both great. There are bus stops in all four directions, and Metro Line 7 is relatively close. The room is clean and tidy. The only regret is that there is no window, which is a bit stuffy. In short, it is a very good stay!

This hotel is next to the subway station and is very convenient for travel. Every service staff I met was very enthusiastic. The room was spacious, bright, clean and sanitary. The price is not expensive now and the cost performance is high. The hotel has a laundry room, so it is no problem to stay for a long time. There are many delicious foods around. I will come again if I have the chance.

Great location nearby metro line 7 (exit 5), and multiple food, cafes, bakeries, and convenience stores, including a nice shopping too, all within a 2 minute walk. The location benefits from being across from a nice residential compound so it’s not noisy at all at night. The hotel is modern with good amenities including communal laundry/dryer, microwave, and even a free massage chair in the lobby. My room was clean and modern, and it’s nice and quiet. There are different sized rooms and I was fortunate to get an upgrade to a larger room, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. Although they do not speak English they do have a phone translation app which works well. All-in-all I recommend this place.

Location is an easy walk from subway, but the first room they gave me had pee stains. The floor was also wet, and after waiting 30 minutes, nobody came to mop it clean even after I asked twice... They upgraded my room, but it was still quite dusty and the Xiaomi Air Purifier in it was not well-maintained. Also, the hotel's 2nd floor is exposed to this strange massage place. I stayed for 2 days, but there are always men smoking at the open staircase, so it always feels bad. The lobby has an espresso machine. The front desk girl feels stressed and unfriendly... The free laundry can only be done by the auntie, and they refuse to wash your socks or underwear... So I am washing my socks and underwear in the toilet sink now...

Comfort business hotel location suited me and my group well for my January 2025 trip to Shanghai. It is located 5 min walk to Subway line 13, and bus 76, 113. many small small diners are 5-10 minutes walk. Cleaning was done before the dinner time, extra clean towels/toilet paper/Tissue paper/Bottle water upon request. Front desk staff were very accommodating, they accepted daily payment of stay as my foreign card limit. They also helped to order food deliveries to my room as local Cellphone Apps not working on foreign sim/cell. $$Rate is decent for this type of hotel - nothing fancy but efficient. Thank you.

There are many shops and malls around, we can get to the malls either by walking distance or taking Metro train for another two stops at line 7 and come to Cao Yang Station.
