I took my parents out to stay for two days during the Spring Festival. After checking, I found that the price-performance ratio was very high, so I placed an order without hesitation. The on-site experience is generally good. The front desk reception service is enthusiastic, answers all questions and responds to all requests. The room is also clean and hygienic. There is a cinema ten minutes' walk away, so my family went to see a movie. It is also very close to Zhouqiao Old Street.

for such a cheap price I was extremely surprised with how large the room sizes were, the staff were incredibly helpful and explained how I could get food delivery to the hotel room which whilst I new how to already I'm sure many travellers won't and would appreciate the staff's kindness. the hotel location is quite far away from the city centre and metro infrastructure so taxing is a must but for me this wasn't too much hassle. for budget travellers looking for somewhere clean with great service at the great price thats close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport this hotel is perfect!

Really enjoyed my stay at Orange Hotel. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved that they offer free pickup from the train station and a free drop-off to the airport—super convenient. Great location too—close to everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The Wyndham Nanxiang Hotel in Shanghai is strategically located and convenient for travel. The hotel environment is comfortable and elegant, and the lobby is grand. I am particularly satisfied with the hotel's service. Adila is warm and thoughtful, and her attitude makes people feel at home. The stay experience is satisfactory and comfortable; the room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable and clean, the bay window has a wide view, and the cost-effectiveness is high. I will choose to stay in this hotel when I come to Shanghai in the future

No staff spoke english and using translator app did not work. Hotel and beakfast were lovely. Free washer and dryer, but all instructions are in chinese. Room was clean but very small, door locked but could be pushed open. Easy walk to Jiading train station.

I stayed for 2 days to prepare for the exam, and I never left the room except for breakfast. Next, I have regrets. 1. There should be a wastebasket under the washbasin. It is inconvenient to throw away the fallen hair and mask now. 2. The light source on the desk should be on the left hand, and the light from the desk lamp on the right side will be blocked by the right hand when writing. 3. The room temperature is 21 degrees. I want to adjust it to 19 degrees. After turning on the air conditioner for 1 hour, the room temperature becomes 22.4 degrees. Especially when sleeping, because the quilt is thick, the room temperature cannot be lowered, and I sweat all over on the first night. On the second day, the legs and arms were always exposed, which was slightly better. The overall feeling is very good, and I will book another room when necessary.
