The structure is clean, and efficient, with all the amenities to relax after a busy day, such as a pool and gym. The breakfast is very nice in the revolving restaurant on the 50th floor. All the staff is kind efficient and super professional. Special mention to Ms. Shelly at the recepti5, who let u feel welcomed with her impeccable manners, her professionalism, and her warm smile.

I had a really pleasant experience in staying in Suning Novotel. Here are a few highlights I would like to mention: 1. Excellent customer service from the receptionist. She was so helpful for my early check in & wifi connections and very attentive with every little details. 2. Breakfast - Fantastic wide range of food choices are available. Foods are delicious and very fresh. 3. Convenient location to Pudong airport and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to takes a short stay-over near Pudong airport.
