This hotel is always amazingly clean, great service and attention from the staff 24hrs. The location is so convenient, have shopping mall, restaurants, barbershop and even dance studios near by. Has laundry service also available all day/night. I book to stay here every time I’m in Shanghai, highly recommended !!

This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. I believe it will offer you a uniquely memorable stay.

Location is a bit far from the main attractions, took us 25-60mins to get to them. First time in Shanghai and lack of research on the attraction locations. Service by the F&B staff was great. They were diligent, hardworking, fast and multi-taskers. The teamwork amongst them was brilliant always ensuring tables are cleared & food topped up. Some of them even helped out in housekeeping!! The reception ladies were excellent, very patient, very helpful and informative. They even helped us order our takeout meals. Facilities is minimal but that is all we needed, washing machine/dryer, 2 gym equipment and 24/7 hot drinks corner.

Great service, good location and reasonable price,  fantastic breakfast, will come again next trip to Shanghai!we have wonderful stay in this hotel.👍👍👍

I was very satisfied with the stay. I came here with my children. I like this brand very much. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends. The facilities are complete and the transportation is very convenient.

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel - with innovative spatial configuration and interior styling. But the management is a bit at AirB&B level, seemingly run by the owner's family members rather than a professionally trained team. The room I was originally assigned to had an intense smell of cigarrette; the room I changed to upon request had an obvious smell of mildew. The only window in the room does not provide sightline to outside; it's only for ventilation and indirect natural daylight. The location is between city center and the Hongqiao train station, which is the reason I chose the hotel, but the area has no nearby attractions.

Outstanding customer service, welcoming staff, and seamless translation make this hotel my Shanghai go-to. Clean, comfortable rooms, satisfactory breakfast, and a prime location near shops and attractions. Highly recommended!

Love the service from the front counter staffs. They shared their hotel promotion bundle as well as recommended membership which i have signed. The surrounding areas where there is food and mini mart at late night. Loves their service recovery where the bathroom is leaking outside. They change the room immediately for us and shared how we can prevent things happening. Only thing that I am uncomfortable is their Breakfast where they serve Singapore Local Laksa but it was not an authentic as I am a singaporean. Hopefully they have remove this.

There are many shops and malls around, we can get to the malls either by walking distance or taking Metro train for another two stops at line 7 and come to Cao Yang Station.
