Shanghai Putuo District 5-star Hotels

I had a truly wonderful experience at Am Signature Hotel, thanks to the exceptional kindness of Rose Zheng. After checking out, I was sitting in the lobby for a while when Rose Zheng, one of the staff members, offered me coffee and some beverages. They were incredibly delicious and made my day even more memorable. Her warm hospitality left a deep impression on me and made me feel truly welcome. Because of her, I will definitely choose to stay at Amara Signature Hotel again the next time I visit. I'm very grateful to Rose Zheng for her outstanding service. Thank you so much, Rose!

It is located next to metro station. Everytime that train pass, you can hear tho noise and a tiny shake. Windows are not fully sealed and you can her the noises from outside. Room is not as luxury as lobby and gym. Breakfast is good but doesn't worth fo that money. For the next time this hotel won't be my choice again.

The hotel is nice and very clean. Spacious room. Delicious breakfast (western and Chinese). the bed is comfortable. I recommend this hotel. Just please: reduce the AC temperature, it's really hot inside the room. For some people it's okay but for me I cannot sleep if the room temperature is above 26. otherwise, I will come back again, next time, I visit Shanghai.

Great service and location. A couple of minutes far from Hongqiao airport. Great support from the concierge Blithe and great service at the bar from Lily and Yulia. Definitely will come back on my next business trip.

Was not helpful. On two occasions I had queries only to be abandoned mid query for someone more important. Also the name of the hotel is not the same as what appears on A maps which makes it a nightmare. Of the incredibly high standards displayed by others on my trip this was a let down of sorts.

Hello my family and i spent two nights at Pagoda Hotel and we were very pleased with their services. They serve both Chinese and Western food for breakfast, and we received the best room services from their friendly staff. Thanks to Trip.com!

Still an excellent choice for business travelers. Excellent hotel w/ excellent breakfast.Convenient traveling due to Metro Station w/ fast access to all major hubs in Shanghai - for Western guests there are are a couple of food options down at the Metro station entry - unfortunately not accessible anymore through the hotel elevator (very sad). Opposite of the hotel is a WAGAS, and Tim Horten's and a family mart around the corner +!a good supermarket too. So all in all a good hotel choice - for those coming by car - free basement parking included too. Rest can be checked online.

The room is large and clean. The two guys at the front desk are enthusiastic and the room attendants on the 6th floor are enthusiastic and proactive. The hotel is very close to the subway and very convenient for travel. It is also not far from the Dahua Hucheng shopping district and can be reached on foot. There are many places to eat there
