Sheraton Hotels in Shanghai

I will like to comment as we Muslim traveler how we choose your food? I have order beef burger but when I started to eat I find inside also have PORK meat in this way should not wright beef burger 

I always stay in Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong hotel when I come back to China. This time I experienced super nice services since the check-in process. When I arrived the hotel, Mr Kiven Tang arranged a room at the 36th foor with an amazing view of the skyline of Lujiazui, of course I took some pictures from the window of the room. Additionally, he also helped me to postpone the checkout time to 3pm which perfectly matches my next trip by the high-speed train. I would like to thank him and the team of the Sheradon hotel, and highly recommend a stay in this hotel when you visit Shanghai.

An immaculate hotel in a less-than-ideal location. If you need a place to stay in this part of Shanghai then there's nothing better. If you're going to Shanghai for any other reason then know that you're about 90 minutes+ to the city center. Staff is great, facilities are great, rooms are clean and everything is comfortable. I stay here every time I'm in the area for business.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its geographical location. The transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to public transportation stations or take taxis around, which is really a plus for people who travel. There are also many convenience stores, restaurants, etc. around, which are full of life and not noisy. Entering the hotel lobby, the first feeling is that it is spacious and bright. The front desk staff is very efficient. They are warm and friendly when checking in. They are patient and meticulous when answering my questions. They also kindly tell me some special services and precautions of the hotel. Walking into the room, cleanliness and tidiness are the most intuitive feelings. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the touch of the quilt and pillow is as reassuring as returning home. The layout of the room is reasonable, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the storage space is sufficient, which is very practical for travelers like me who have more things. The facilities in the room are also complete, the air conditioning cooling and heating effects are very good, the TV programs are rich, and the network speed is super fast. Whether watching dramas or handling some urgent work, there is no pressure. The bathroom is also a highlight. Although the space is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, the shower head has strong water output and stable water temperature, the toiletries are of good quality, and the towels and bath towels are clean and soft. The service of the hotel really reflects the heart everywhere. The room service was very responsive. Once I needed extra towels and they were delivered not long after I called. The hotel cleaned the room on time every day, cleaned it very cleanly, and kept the items in order. The hotel's breakfast was also satisfactory. There were a variety of varieties, including traditional Chinese food such as porridge, buns, and fried dough sticks, as well as Western bread, fried eggs, ham, etc. The fruits were fresh, and there were many choices of drinks, both hot and cold drinks. The environment of the whole hotel was very quiet, which allowed me to get a good rest. I stayed here for a few days and every day was comfortable and cozy. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and recommend it to my friends. This is a very cost-effective hotel that is worth staying in.

Sheraton Pudong is my favorite hotel since the first time I set foot in Shanghai (2018), I just love the place and comfort here. Amazing place next to a Mall and Metro station, lovely and corteous staffs! Will always stay here everytime I come to Shanghai!

The room was not cleaned carefully. There were biscuit residues from the previous guests around the trash can, and dust could be seen on the bedside table remote control. The sound insulation was not good, and the sound of children running and jumping in the corridor and the room above was obvious. The man at the front desk who checked in was inefficient and cold. The sudden large flow of customers during holidays caused a long queue for breakfast. It can be seen that the restaurant staff has tried very hard, but the food is really ordinary. The advantage is that it is very close to Qingxi Old Street, which is nice to walk around.

Our trip was really great! The hotel so clean and peaceful, the staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was beyond expectations. Our room was huge, very comfortable and above all very clean. The only downside was that the air quality was not that great, it was very dry and stuffy. I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton for a nice tranquil stay in Chongming!
