Due to the very hot weather, we dined at the hotel's Xiao Nanyang Restaurant. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, the aroma attracted us. The waiter Xiao Zheng enthusiastically and proactively arranged for us to be seated, poured tea, and skillfully introduced the dishes. Squirrel mandarin fish is our favorite. It is a dish we must order every time we dine in a hotel. When I asked Xiao Zheng how this dish was, the young man confidently said, don't worry, this is our specialty and we will not let you down.
