The room was clean, except for some details like under the bed, where it was full of dust. The closet is small for two people to share and the space available for storing clothes/luggage is in general tiny.
Location of the hotel is nice, as it lies in a quite walkable area, and by foot you can reach the Huaihai Road (good for shopping) in 35m. Metro line 9 is a 15m walk.
The service was okay. The staff at the reception did not speak English and they offered no help or guidance about the city: quite essential service. Their attitude was in general detached and seemed quite un-open to communicating. Also, after leaving the room and realizing there were still some clothes left inside, I tried to report it to the reception and they just sent me to the room to check without even communicating to the cleaning service. It ended up that my clothes were not in the room anymore and the staff offered no further help, so I left without these clothes.
Also, i had explicitly booked a room with “City View” and I was placed in room 1402 with one very dirty window - out of 2 windows available to enjoy the view. After asking to clean it, they made an unsuccessful attempt and then just left me with the dirty window without any kind of compensation. I was only offered to switch to another room in a lower floor and with no city view, which made no sense considering I had paid more specifically to have a room with “City View”.
Breakfast is decent and offers a good variety of food.
The staff is understanding if a host is taking few minutes past closing time to finish the food. The staff at the breakfast floor is also very nice and friendly.
The main perk of the hotel for me was the cafè at the hall, where a very friendly girl employee works. She was very nice and gave me and my girlfriend some unique advice on places to visit in the city. She was of course also making extremely good flat white and coffee.
Balancing everything out though, if was to come back to Shanghai, I would probably choose a different hotel.

A Shanghainese took his grandson to the West Bund Dream Center during the Dragon Boat Festival. In order to allow his grandson to play and take a nap, and to avoid being tired and convenient, he booked the Yifei Hotel for one night. The location of the hotel is great. It is right in the heart of the West Bund. The lobby and guest rooms are on the second and third floors. The first floor is the Paulaner. There are many restaurants around. It is as convenient as you want.
The executive terrace room is clean and hygienic. When booking, I felt a little scared after reading the reviews. The Dyson hair dryer, toiletries and tea in the room are of good quality. The room service is also very fast. If you want drinking water, you can choose a riverside room if you like to be lively at night, and you can choose an interior room if you like to be quiet at night.
Although the hotel is seamlessly connected to the West Bund public area, it is very safe because all entrances and exits require guests to swipe their room cards to enter and exit, and are fully closed all day.
The hotel parking garage is free of charge. On the day of check-out, because we had to go to the surrounding area for lunch and then pick up the car to leave the hotel, the front desk clerk saw us with children, and it was raining. After listening to our request, he agreed to let us park for free until we finished the meal. After asking, I got the famous ”Haohao”. Thank you very much, Mr. Haohao again.
This stay was very satisfactory and pleasant, and we will consider staying here again during the next holiday.

Super friendly staff and the breakfast was everything you need. The location is not superior but with Didi you get everywhere.
No pool and the gym is just a treadmill and a eleliptical. But you do get a good washing machine and dryer for free there so that is super!
Overall the rooms were super nice and the shower and bed were amazing. 8/10

The hotel was modern and attractive, and my room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The only thing is the walls are not soundproof as I had a noisy neighbor who kept talking and had his TV on loud in the early morning. I had to ask the front desk who wasn't able to reach the person doimg that by phone, but he gave me a free breakfast and offered to let me change my toom right away (I declined). In any case, it wasn't the staff's fault and I appreciate the help.

No any English in the hotel, note it if it is important for you.
Everything rest was good. Spent almost month here.
Breakfast is absolutely not western. Has some options of soup and noodles, but is hard to understand how to use it and order it and what is it, haha. Breakfast time ends early, but is usual for China.
Little gym, laundry - you can wash and dry your clothes.
Nice location, different metro lines nearby. Little shopping mall with very good supermarket.
Nice toilette😁

Located in the core area of Caohejing Industrial Park, it is very convenient for life, with restaurants and supermarkets everywhere. The apartment is very trendy and has just opened. The internal facilities and decoration are all brand new. What is commendable is that there is almost no decoration smell. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very good. They are the best hotels or apartments in this consumption range. The service is also very good, from the front desk to the luggage service and the robot delivery of food. The efficiency is online. For business travelers, the room with a room price of 400 to 500 yuan has an independent washing and drying, breakfast gym and online service. What else do you want? Bicycle [Wangchai] will come back again!

I went to Shanghai to watch Stefanie Sun's concert. I struggled for a long time to choose a hotel, and finally I chose this one. The location is very good, you can walk to the stadium, and there are many restaurants around, which is convenient. The key is that I heard Stefanie rehearse and sing songs such as ”I Started to Understand”, ”Kite”, and ”Escape” in the afternoon. I burst into tears. It's like listening to her sing twice here. I like the style of the hotel. It's quite new. I was given Stefanie Sun's cheering ribbon 🎗️. I was also given a lot of snacks and drinks in the room. I can't eat them all by myself. When I left, I was given souvenirs. Overall, I am quite satisfied. Sincere evaluation, I will stay here again if there is a concert in the future 🌸
The overall check-in experience at the hotel was good, and the check-in was also very efficient. Since we checked in at 9pm, the hotel also gave us free rice porridge, especially the attentive service of the service manager throughout the whole process, which made us feel very comfortable.

JJULIE PAULETTEFor the price the hotel was expected. The bed was firm and uncomfortable but the room was clean and had what I needed for an overnight stay. The central air was not switched to cool in March so at times it was a little uncomfortable. None of the front desk staff spoke English which was trying at times. For foreigners any foreigners staying here communication will be challenging. If I needed something I had to go downstairs to ask because I couldn’t call. I would not stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to my Chinese friends only. The location was great for what I needed it for but if I wanted the city center I wouldn’t stay here. The staff did their best and it’s not their fault. The hotel should hire bilingual speakers for the convenience of all guests.

GGuest UserWho knows, my family! This hotel in Shanghai has the best service✨
This time I came to Shanghai for a trip, and the experience of staying at Linjunting Hotel was really full! I must recommend it to everyone.
As soon as I arrived at the door of the hotel, the staff came up to me very enthusiastically and took the initiative to help me pull my luggage, without me having to do anything. When going up and down the stairs, they also kept caring and reminded me to pay attention to my feet at all times, full of details💯
After checking in, they directly delivered the luggage to the room, and even helped to pull the luggage to the door when I checked out and waited for the car, and watched me leave. This service attitude is really nothing to say👍
In addition to the service, the environment and facilities of the hotel are also very good. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and it is super refreshing to sleep🛏️ The surrounding transportation is convenient, whether it is to go to attractions or shopping malls, it is very convenient, and there are a lot of delicious food~
The cat at the door is also chubby and well-fed~
This accommodation experience is really great, I will stay here next time I come to Shanghai! Family members, feel free to go💖

LLEE KIM NOYthe location to eating places is very convenient. Shopping malls are within 30 min walk. However, note the hotel only provides very basic toiletries, like toothbrush, shower cap and cotton buds. Breakfast is simple but sufficient for busy travelers. their drip coffee and tea leaves provided in the room are good. the only thing that prevent me from giving 5 stars is the lighting in the room. They used mainly yellow light so the visibility is not very good and there is no light at the wardrobe area. Overall, it is not too bad a hotel choice with the reasonable rate.
Ooutside r2259The price is not high during holidays and it is quite good. The hotel has a good location, convenient for taxis and subways, and the rooms are not bad. The hotel can see the Pearl River. The staff was very enthusiastic and gave a welcome gift when checking in. They also gave children slippers and toothbrushes in advance for the children. The breakfast was not bad and the price-performance ratio was very high.
There is a Sun Moon Light Shopping Mall near the hotel. There is an Aldi supermarket inside. Daily necessities are available. The theme this time is parent-child. It is very convenient to go to the Aerospace and Fire Museums.
PS: The hotel has rooms with bathtubs and showers. If you need them, you can tell the staff.

GGuest UserChina's own version of Disney. Snacks are delivered to the room in the afternoon. The service is generally good. The waiters' attitudes are also great. The hygiene is OK. Except for the breakfast which needs to be improved a little, there is nothing to complain about in other aspects!

HHaAyI initially booked 4 days stay at this hotel, on my 2nd day I found out they never changed bed sheets after previous guests and toilet was not cleaned as well. I gave them a chance and they moved me to another room, and I asked lobby manager Kevan who was very nice to make sure it’s clean room. Unfortunately it was not and I had to leave hotel earlier. I would not be looking to stay there again with such low level of cleanliness. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Location is good.
MMingwangGMThe accommodation experience is very good, it is more convenient to go to the surrounding business district, stayed for two nights, the front desk staff are very warm and professional. I wanted to continue my stay on the second day, but I forgot to continue my stay on Trip.com , but I booked a new room. I was worried about whether I would ”move”. The front desk of the hotel was No. 658. I saw that I placed an order online. I guess I was an operation error. I took the initiative to help me continue to live in the original room. It was very careful and professional. She also reminded me to take my room card to the front desk to update the opening permission. We all forgot the hotel's offline payment regulations. Usually after I place an order in Trip.com , Trip.com will deduct the room fee. It has always been the case, but I don't know why here, Trip.com is deducting the deposit, and paying the room fee in the hotel. I don't know if I can't operate it, or for other reasons? To avoid mistakes by customers and staff, it is recommended that the hotel put up a prominent billboard at the front desk.
The fourth phase of the gold tax has been implemented. Many places have implemented full-electric invoices. In order to facilitate the issuance of electronic invoices, you can learn from the restaurant and introduce a system for the guests to scan the code for self-service invoices, or provide a public mobile phone for the front desk to facilitate the addition of customer WeChat and receive customer invoice messages. Even second bookings from old customers like me. No. 658 is also a big beauty. I hope to add WeChat to send her the billing data. It really makes her nervous. Obviously, in the process of her work, she often encounters guests who like her and want to add her WeChat. Haha, interesting memories, if not this interesting memory, I might forget a little promise.
